No, the hose clamp only fixes any inbalance in the DS, pinion flange, etc. But it really does balance it if done correctly. Crude, but effective. However, if there is a problem with subframe alignment, the hose clamp won't help that problem at all. Alignment, runout and balance are all separate issues but any (or all) of them can cause vibration problems.I think the hose clamp fix only hides the issue. What happened to BMR Tech in here? I think he was on to something!
