Do you experience vibration and rumbling between 50 and 70 mph?

Not bothering to fix mine...sounds like it might just get worse. Mine is a vibration in the wheel and pedal at 50 to 60...no real noise. It sucks that Ford doesn't seem to be pursuing a real fix.

I bought my 2016 just a couple weeks ago, but it was made in December 2015. So, the car essentially sat on the dealer lot for around 9 months or so, I'm guessing. Mine still has the vibration, but it seems to be getting less each time I drive it. Perhaps the tires had a flat spot?

Are there at least ONE that got this shit solved?
There have been quite a few who posted in this thread that did get the vibration fixed, But many more saying the dealer couldn't fix it ... most likely due to the dealership not having the right tools and skills to find the cause and apply the correct fix.

And how would you square up the IRS?

When the car is new it's all fine. Then it start to do the problem. Once fixed is ok again and the restart the loop. Could be really this, but why ford doesn't fix this problem definitely? Maybe isn't this..
Several companies make alignment kits- Steeda does for sure. Making sure the subframe is not offset to the left or right or twisted is one of the first things the dealer should do. But I don't think they even check it. They just throw new driveshafts at it...

I used the old fashioned way. Measure diagonally from the kmember mount bolts to the IRS mount itself make sure both sides are equally and adjuat until they are.

Just received a call from the dealer and the rebuilt differential didn't solve the problem. They have ordered a driveshaft and will try that next. Sounds like a familiar story....
I've owned this car for just over 2 months and it's been at the dealer for almost a month total now...

Can you let us know why they choose to replace the differential? It is not mentioned as possibility in the official procedure.

I'm not sure why they went that route. According the the procedure they should have checked the tires first, then indexed the driveshaft, but they skipped over the tires, indexed the driveshaft, then rebuilt the differential, and then now are going to replace the driveshaft. Maybe they have seen a few or Ford was telling them what to fix/check first.

To say it's been a bad experience is putting it lightly.

Was actually thinking about it. But I tried to let my hands off the steering wheel and the car does go in a straight line. It happens when I actually put my hands on the steering wheel
I don't like the electric steering. Feels un natural sometimes. I have the same feeling but I leave it in Sport mode and it makes a big difference. In Normal mode, if you floor it on the highway the steering is very twitchy. Just leave in in Sport you'll like it a lot better. This is not at all related but a noteworthy observation. I notice the same on my V6. There is nothing wrong with it. Just wish it was programmed to reduce boost as speeds increase. Reminds me of multirotors... We need to adjust the PID's of the computer to adjust for speed!

I think the hose clamp fix only hides the issue. What happened to BMR Tech in here? I think he was on to something!
