Mine's of 17 and there's only one tiny rock chip on the entire front end.
Nice to hear this.
Mine is of 19, wrapped in EASTMAN SunTek PPF Ultra.
No chips so far, but low millage.

Hello,

Noted my front bumper has two likely rock chip paint damage. I try to avoid driving behind big trucks but still it happened.
Kinda depressed but what is the best not expensive solution for this?
I use a Colgan bra on highway trips. My front bumper is in prestine condition.

That's exactly what I said. Either way, still putting panty hose on a muscle car, and, while that might be the thing you're in to, it is not a good look to me and I'd rather have rock chips or find a less dorky solution to a common issue.

I've used Wolf, Colgan, and LeBra since the early 90s on several cars. Nothing protects better, but they're a pain to maintain to a level where you won't end up with abrasion. If your plan is to install it and forget it (like many people I've seen who then cuss the bra for ruining their paint), don't bother.

Film is awesome, but it's gone through a severe price hike in the last couple of years with all the installers I'm familiar with. I couldn't "wrap" my head around $900 for just the nose and 1/3 hood of my Mustang. It cost 1/2 that to do my 2017 Mazda CX-3. So I stay busy with the touch-up pen.

That's rather dramatic. Nobody is stalking you.
I've said my piece about the masks, which I feel was helpful - panty hose on a mustang looks bad. Deal with it.

You must be one of those "gotta get the last word in" guys. Well, I'm putting your account on ignore, so if you do reply to this I won't know it. See ya never, pantyhose guy.

I'm proud to say, and prolly jinx myself in the process, but I'm 7900 miles into this and no, zero, none, nada, zip, rock chips. Does anyone else have the Resistall coating offered by the dealer? It came with a nice warranty. Even Love Bug splats rinse off with a hose.
