I've done the rebuild and they are a pain in the butt compared to the fronts. A little trick to putting the spring back on is to compress it with a big pair of channel locks, zip tie, install and cut zip tie. Good luck.
Been going there since the car was new abd before with other cars . I'm a nut case about my car so if they didn't provide the service they do I'd be out of there.
I pay a monthly fee at a touchless car was. They have high school and college age kids who vacuum, do windows, Chamois and do the wheels and tire shine. It's usually there twice a week. Undercarriage looks like a year old instead of seven.
I'm running 19x11 and 19x9.5 on rims I bought from American Muscle and they've been just fine. They also have the proper offset because our cars aren't a square setup.
I'm Roush Phase 2, 654 to the wheels, MT82 with the Roush tune. I don't need E85 or more horsepower but that's a personal choice. Comments don't reflect driving ability so you can't measure that.
Well my experience with the r2 has been great. This site is a treasure trove of information but also opinions so keep that in mind. When I have a question I'll post and the vast majority of like answers will be what I'm looking for.
I agree. I treat my car like a family member. If you abuse it you pay. If you take care of it it'll take care of you. My 2017 looks like new and it's my daily.
Not recommended. American Muscle has rims for front and rear that look very much like PP wheels and they're not expensive. I'm running 305 on the rear with an eleven inch rim and a 275 on the front with a 9&1/2 inch rim. Both from American Muscle.
I run Nitto rII's from May to October. If you want to play seriously it's the only way to go with a boosted car. These tires are fine in the rain as long as you use your head. I've been doing this for three years.
