Wait until Ford actually has a fix for the issue.

I pulled the panel out and put fabric tape on the clips that snap into the body. Problem fixed for two days so far. My daughter who rides back there said "What happened to the noise?" She was getting tired of putting her hand up there to press on it.

I have the rattling noise on the left side (driver side) toward the rear. Started 2 months after picking the car up. Now it starting to drive me nuts.

What about just using/sticking sound insulators on the panels?

Test it out and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the heads up! I have the headlight switch rattle, my dash sometimes flex's/rattles and I also have a passenger side rattle. All these rattles are driving me crazy!! Do you normally ask a ford service advisor if there's a TSB for a certain issue or is there a sitte to see all the TSB's for a certain car?

I recommend you guys bring them in to your Ford Dealers to get them checked out. Make an appointment with them, and PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number. I’ll loop in the customer service manager for your areas.

Thanks for being concerned Deysa, but I already took it to the dealership about a month ago, and service advisor told me "couldn't locate the source of rattle" and on the top of that they added a lot of miles on my car. I'll just have to fix it myself, when I have time.

Miine is at the dealership now. The tech rode with me and verified this noise, says he thinks its the clips. They won't be done with it till Monday but I'll post the result.

I understand, TheNameAndy. You're always welcomed to bring it in to a different Ford Dealer as well.

My car had this noise, as well as the rattle near the headlight switch. I fixed both with some felt tape.

For this piece, it was that foam block making all the noise. I taped around the entire base of the foam with my felt tape, as well as put the tape under every clip. I am happy to report my car has been squeak and rattle free for a week now.

Do you happen to have a copy?
I don't. Seems like Ford keeps TSB information secret for some reason and I didn't ask for it.

I do have a part number for the failed HVAC module since it was on my paperwork.

Just got mine back from the dealer today. There is no sound. The interior is surprisingly quiet. I just hope this lasts!!!! I will update.

I'm currently having the same problem coming from the rear passenger side. I can only hear it when I'm driving on uneven roads. Waiting to see if Ford creates a TSB.
