Super annoying rattle coming from the rear passenger side pillar, right where a rear seat passengers head would be. Only happens when on uneven road, or switching lanes and hitting the bumps in the center... Anyone else have this problem??

Yes, my seat belt has been turned around and smacking the pillar. Unclip it if it's in the seat belt holder and make sure it's flush against the seat.

When I complained about this exact thing to the Ford rep, she told me that all cars will rattle on bumpy roads and that was not a problem.

I explained the my 2010 explorer, 2012 Fusion and 2007 Fusion --- none of them have single rattle at all regardless of the road.

So, in "Ford's" opinion, the Mustang is supposed to rattle.

My car is in the shop getting the HVAC control module replaced (fan stopped working). While it was in there I asked them to look at the right rear quarter panel for rattles.

They confirmed that Ford has acknowledged the problem, but does not have a fix for it. Once they figure out the fix they will issue a TSB.

This is good news. Mine just started making noise (about 8000km). It is very annoying.

Road does not necessarily need to be rough (but that certainly helps).
