  11. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

First time I would leave it on (which I did). I kept it in sports mode. Next time I would use Track mode (if it's dry) since the car responds better too.
  12. Shelby GT350 shift light indicator

I really could use this feature on my GT! the one time that I tracked, I never could look down since I was so busy learning and paying attention to the road. Also, the engine is so freaking smooth, I hit the fuel cutoff multiple times especially on the straightaways.
  13. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

Na not instructor's fault, I wasn't smooth with my gas pedal. It was raining and very wet. Two other cars spun out (mine, Viper and a Alfa Spider 4c).
  14. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

I am assuming if you need to jump out fast do to fire or doors are jammed.
  15. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

ouch... I spun out right after the bridge when it was wet and raining during my first session. Scared the crap out of me! I hit the gas too hard and the P Zero SUCKS in the rain!
  16. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

Tires and brakes were perfectly. Fine could probably do 2 or 3 more days with the tires. The brakes much longer. I was maybe 60% of the car's limit. First time and didn't want to trash my car either! =) Fastest speed was around ~120mph on fifth gear. And this was being conservative and not using...

Blue 3M scotch tape! I was advised to do it by others and I am glad I did! It also depends on the track. This track was pretty clean with mostly grass of the track but there are many others tracks built around sand and dirt like Willow Springs.
  18. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

This was my first time on a track. The car is so much fun. Good luck and have a blast! if you don't know how, I advise learning heal-toe down shift. Since I didn't, it was tough down shifting quickly.
  19. My First Track Experience (Beginner)

That was almost full throttle in fourth gear, I was so focused, wasn't looking down to check my speed. My fastest lap time (unofficial was 1:49). I noticed that the speed record for American GTs on this track is around 1:28.
