Over here, you can get caught out of city limits with 25 mph (40 km/h, after deducting measuring tolerances!) over speedlimit once a year without walking for a month but ~230 € fines.130 KMH (or 80.7 MPH) is an automatic loss of license for a month
145 KMH (90.09 MPH) is an automatic 3 months
Maximum penalty is for more than 43mph (70 km/h) over speedlimit with 3 mounth walking and ~750€ fines.
You also collect penalty points, but you have to be stupid (some are) for this to be critical.
Confiscation or imprisonment is only possible if you commit a criminal offense while speeding, which e.g. can be racing, endangerment, etc.
Normal speedlimit on county roads is 62 mph (100 km/h).
Normally you drive 10km/h too fast according to the speedometer, the speed cameras do not yet go off. That means 68 mph (110 km/h) on the country road without anyone itching.
But once a year caught on country roads with 87 mph is ok.
Same fines on Autobahn with speedlimit, usually limited to 75 (120) or 80 mph (130 km/h).
But there are sections without a limit, such as a 60 mls three-lane section 'in front of my porch'.
