The point with this example is a lot of this stuff is not standard, book rate stuff. Most trays for example, are custom built to owner spec.

Depends on what you want. I was very close to ordering an Ecoboost High Performance, it was just that I found my previous Ecoboost a lot harder to sell than my previous GT that swayed my decision on the '22. I'm unlikely to modify the GT for more performance, as it's pretty hard to use the power...

I have just ordered a 22 GT. Price here in Australia is $1250 more, and I won't notice the 10 HP. The difference between a "good" one and an average one would be more than that.

Slower doesn't really worry me. I was having thoughts on an Ecoboost, but the easier resale when I want to move it on in a couple of years swayed the decision. My '17 Ecoboost was harder to find a buyer for than my '18 GT.

Does anyone know what the optional racing stripe package on the GT will look like? I'm not keen on the odd stripe on the '21. I'm ready to order, but the choice is Grabber blue with no stripe, or Atlas blue with white stripe, as long as I like the stripe design.

The black 2018 I had was the same, didn't even have to drive it for it to get dirty.

The idea of keeping modifications and illegal actions (ie speeding and burnouts etc rather than criminal activity) seems like the logical reason to do it, as the plates are in plain sight any time you have your car out and about,
