Got pulled over. Didn't get a ticket, maybe a compliment??

Pretty much I was driving by the airport and I got pulled over giving it some juice. The cop said that even though there was a plane landing, he still heard my engine roar over it LOL :lol:

Luckily he didn't issue me a ticket, warning or even a complaint.

Had me dying though hahaha

To be completely honest I think my car is making me deaf LOL. When people sit in my car they always ask how I drive with that exhaust noise all the time.. And I say what exhaust noise?? :lol:

I would consider that a friendly warning and hope that another one having a bad day doesn't pull you over. I used to get pulled over in my 69 for just a check out, but I don't appreciate being approached from behind with a guy having his hand on his gun...

I was on my way home from a party last weekend. Open roads, late night, i decided to hit it. Little did i know, there was a cop behind me. I got to about 120mph and then slowed down to 70mph. Speed limit was 65mph btw. As soon as i get to 70mph my radar detector goes off and i hit the brakes. That's when the lights come on and he pulls me over. He was like " Man, why'd you have to hit it like that? i was listening to the baseball game, i look up and you're gone. I was like "where'd he go?"" haha Then he tells me, "the only reason im not giving you a ticket is because i don't know how fast you were going." lol I got soo lucky!

That's hilarious because I just got pulled over leaving a press check at a printer around 1 am. Same kind of deal, the cop said I was "accelerating unsafe for conditions". Not even a verbal or written warning just asked me if I'd had anything to drink because there's a bar around the area then let me skate.

I don't want to push my luck, but I've had way better interactions with cops with this car than my old car. One written warning for no front plate, after I told the cop I didn't want to ruin the look of the car by putting it on.

Other than that, there's a bunch of cops in my friend's neighborhood that always stop by to see what we're wrenching on. Eventually my friends get salty when the attention turns to the Mustang and not their Genesis Coupes which are the ones getting wrenched on.:lol:

My local LEO admitted he was a Chevy guy when he pullled me over about 3 hours after I drove off the dealers lot in my nee 2015.. It was me and my 12 year old who I just picked up from school. I was going about 45 or 50 in a 30mph and he passed me in the oncoming lane and turned to “chase” I immediately pulled over and he came up said , “you just got this,didn’t you” “I can still smell the newest by exhaust”

He told me to be careful and let me go. I joked to my son that I was taking the car right back to the dealer and getting back my Explorer.

Then I let him know that the real speeding should be saved for the track. Thanks Mr. Officer.:amen:
