I know life gets in the way, but I'm still a little ashamed to say that other then a weekly wash (which I have occasionally missed, and missed for the last two weeks on the bounce), the last time my paint got any TLC was around 9 months ago ...

I've been using over the counter / consumer products from the Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic range and on a 'Price v Performance' balance I would have to rate this stuff really highly :sunglasses:

Remember this is an uncovered, outdoor kept car that's been through a winter since its last application of the spray coating and using the ceramic wash, it still beads quite well :

It leaves very little water behind if you chase it off with an open hose :

The two TW products work really well together (which you would expect from the same manufacturer and the same range), much better than when I have mixed and matched them with other products.

I have paired them with Autoglym snow foam which is really (really) mild, but it clings well so it pre soaks / softens any debris quite well before the jet wash gets used.

Bilt Hamber snow foam is a far better cleaner, but it strips products off quicker. Horses for courses, I'm still using the Bilt Hamber for the daily drivers ... :like:

Off topic I know, but how do you like the Genesis?
Absolutely LOVE this car!!!!
I've had it for almost 3 weeks now. It's so docile and calm if you want it to be, but put it in SPORT or SPORT+ mode and the thing is awesome! 0-60 in 4.7 seconds. I drive it SPORT mode every day.
It's very comfortable and handles really well. The first time I sat in it and test drove it, I was comfortable. I was going back and forth between this one and the BMW M340i, but I didn't want to spend another 120 bucks a month more for the BMW. The M340i is a direct competitor to this car, as you may know. 3 year complimentary service is nice too.
I did a 3 year lease, in case I don't like it in the snow. It is awd, but I will need winter tires. So, I'll have 2 winters under my belt to help me decide if I want to keep it or not. Not a huge factor, but a factor, none the less.

@DFB5.0

Oh,...........I almost forgot.
Another reason why I love this car,

No auto start/stop.
No cylinder deactivation.
No hybrid stuff.

Trying to find a brand new car/truck/suv without any of those features is tough.

Fresh wash with Gyeon Bathe and a coat of Gyeon ceramic detailer on top of Can Coat Evo afterward as a drying aid. Yes I'm that guy that sprays my car again (with di water of course) just to see the beads lol...

You should check out Heather's advice at Auto Care HQ, she reviews so many products and makes some awesome test review videos.
