I know life gets in the way, but I'm still a little ashamed to say that other then a weekly wash (which I have occasionally missed, and missed for the last two weeks on the bounce), the last time my paint got any TLC was around 9 months ago ...
I've been using over the counter / consumer products from the Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic range and on a 'Price v Performance' balance I would have to rate this stuff really highly
Remember this is an uncovered, outdoor kept car that's been through a winter since its last application of the spray coating and using the ceramic wash, it still beads quite well :
It leaves very little water behind if you chase it off with an open hose :
The two TW products work really well together (which you would expect from the same manufacturer and the same range), much better than when I have mixed and matched them with other products.
I have paired them with Autoglym snow foam which is really (really) mild, but it clings well so it pre soaks / softens any debris quite well before the jet wash gets used.
Bilt Hamber snow foam is a far better cleaner, but it strips products off quicker. Horses for courses, I'm still using the Bilt Hamber for the daily drivers ...
