GT350 IMLooking at this for my next purchase, along with an x-pipe (maybe).
What will it take to get her up to 480 HP? Long tubes / X-pipe?
Or go for a Steeda CAI and Lunds tune. ;)
For me it's a learning thing. I thought I was fully disengaging the clutch when I shift but feeling the car stumble between shifts told me I wasn't. I'm trying to train my foot to do better. It's just an odd feeling when you go to shift and the car hesitates.Just a question but with everybody who doesn’t like the nls could not disengaging the clutch all the way cause many of these premature clutch failures?
For you was this a side effect of the pp2? It took me a while to get the shifting down because it seems to be either I’m banging through the gears or waiting for the car to rev match with no in between and that is stock. I don’t have a pp yet but I’m interested in getting one and it’ll have to be ford since I’m from CaliforniaFor me it's a learning thing. Is this nls issue only above 5k rpm? So basically you have to cmpletely take your foot off the clutch and then get back on the gas? I tried shifting gears doing this from 3-4 around 4k rpm and it just feels weird and kinda stumbles letting the clutch completely out and then back on gas. Mind you I have not installed kit yet, just testing the sensation.
The NLS simply drops the rev limiter to ~5k RPM when the clutch pedal is not at the top of it's travel. I think this corresponds to a point near the torque peak on the curve. If you aren't passing 5k RPM the NLS feature will never kick in.Is this nls issue only above 5k rpm? So basically you have to cmpletely take your foot off the clutch and then get back on the gas?
