Picked up my car last night after having the PP2 installed. It's a bit early for a full review, but here are some first impressions...

(2016 GT Premium M6, 3.55)
Fantastic! Many of the irritating quirks of the factory calibration are gone. I had previously wished there was a way to set the default driving mode to Sport+, and the PP2 takes care of a that (at least so far as the throttle mapping) since the new "normal" mode isn't as reserved below 4,000rpm as the stock calibration was.

The extra torque is very noticeable and really helps it climb out of the low rpms. And the throttle mapping is much smoother over the rpm range so that burst of power at 4,000rpm, just a split second before I push in the clutch to up-shift, is now gone. That really bugged me since it would "sprint" forward and then immediately fall back when the clutch disengaged. Not quite whiplash, but everyone in the car feels it and it was a bit embarrassing since it felt like pilot error (who punches the throttle as they push in the clutch?)

I didn't have any of the typical errors or problems. Perhaps the shop noticed them and worked them out before I came to pick it up. But no crankshaft error or any other engine codes. No rev hang. No need to clock 100 miles before it settles in. Although, if it continues to improve over the next 100 miles, I don't think they'll ever get the smile off my face.

Overall... I'm very pleased and looking forward to getting to know the car all over again.

*** Update *** YES! YES! YES! Having clocked some miles it is just getting better. The car finally behaves and drives like a Mustang! My wife says it's like my car went through puberty (a polite way of saying it's balls have dropped). 110% recommend the PP2. In fact, it should be mandatory. Between the PP2 and the Steeda clutch "helper" spring all of my driveability issues / complaints have been solved. Absolute perfection!

for you heating ques.. yes in traffic it will be higher than normal.. and its normal behaviour don worry

I am one of the 18 who voted no for manual trans. I voted before I got the revised tune. Is there any way I can change my vote? I would have to assume that anyone who did flash the revised tune would feel the same way. I am loving the revised PP2 tune by the way!

I just got it put on today on my 3.15 auto by Hillbank Motorsports in Irvine they did a pretty good job, real friendly. I do notice a difference most of all in shifting it has a clean shift from 1st to 3rd. It seems you get more power down low cleaning up shift points. My only concern is the popping noise when I turn off the car.

I believe that’s the throttle body closing off?

Yeah, its the TB closing. This was mentioned in another post. In order for it to be CARB/EO cert it has to close shut
because of the open air filter element. If it was the closed box system of the original design it wouldnt have to close.

Other OEMS already do that but you never hear it due to the closed box intake design. For example, my old acura TL
did it but never heard it until I bought a CAI for it.

About $100. $956 out the door. I mean for an hour of labor it wasn't that bad.

Haha it does sound like it. I assume it might have to do with the adapter but either way its not that bad.

So I did another install on a friends car. It's @5l0w_caballito on IG. He's running 3.31's and much like my car and another car I did the install on, it totally transformed it into beast mode. HE'll jump on the forum shortly bust based on his reaction, he'd approve.
