What are the Stage-3 ratios? I have seen them posted before but haven't been able to find them.

Gear Ratio

1st: 3.46 2nd: 2.29 3rd: 1.61 4th: 1.26 5th: 1.1 6th: 0.61

Note: It would be recommended to use 3.31 Gears for Boosted applications, and 3:73 or 4:10 for NA Applications.

The Calimer transmission is rated for HP and torque. Tremec, Magna (Getrag) , and ZF, all rate their transmissions for torque only, not HP. I have tried to equate the ratings but all I find is "HP = torque x RPM".

correct. HP is an artificial number and means nothing in regards to parts strength. The only time 'HP' is remotely useful is as a wrong-about way of expressing input shaft RPM.

Let's say a gear set withstands 500ft/lb or it withstands 700ft/lb. I can easily claim a particular trans survives 650HP but proceed to destroy the gears every single time, because the engine is putting out 850ft/lb but only revving to 4000 rpm.

How do the ratios compare to the '18 up manual? My '19 Bullitt has a whipple but first gear is still too high. The Whipple makes good HP and torque, but could use better first gearing.

It would be great, if you provide not only full transmissions, but also similar components kits to rebuild/reinforce trans at a local shop. Shipping entire trans overseas is kinda a problem

Why isn't Calimer using 2018+ MT-82D4 transmissions? Why all the downgrades and part swapping? Won't there be more 2018+ transmission out there? Are the 2011-14 the same as 2015-17?

yes I believe so or at least almost identical. Unless he just wants out of the business, it's a very strange choice.

I read somewhere he will do a stage 1 or 2 on a D4 but not a stage 3 as the billet gear set does not exist.

Many people prefer the 11-17 ratios anyways so maybe its not worth it to change

Will the swap maintain the rev matching?
No. Unless he started rebuilding the new units, but I thought he didn't touch them. As far as I know if you have the rev matching you're screwed and are just stuck with the stock trans.
