Sweet. How long does a tank last running hard on the street?. Where do you buy your meth from?
You can get methanol from most tracks then dilute it with distilled water. Heet and washer fluid is another option.

Burn rate will depends. Most people are using nozzles around 10 gallons per hour. 5 gallon tank, last 30 minutes at WOT. I have mine set to come on at 8psi and max at 10psi. I almost never use it on the street as my IATs never rise much unless I am really in it (e85, cooling only). I am getting a bigger blower and not upgrading the IC, so maybe will use it more on the street. I installed it to use at the track, and haven't been back since.

Hey. Does this kit automatically turn on when you reach a certain gas Pedal position or full throttle?. Just wondering if you have it set up to automatically turn on at a specific gas pedal position. Thanks
I have the meth start spraying at about 2psi, then quickly rams to full pressure by 6psi. The Alky kits are great because they have so much adjustability. You can control when it turns on (starts to spray), gain (how fast it rams up once it achieves the desired turn on PSI). I think other kits now have similar capabilities, but for sure the Alky stuff is very intuitive and trusted across many platforms. I literally never think of it working or not working. It just happens at WOT and I literally never touch it. Being a supercharged application, My car isn't in boost all that much so the trunk in the tank lasts a very long time. If I were doing it over I'd just use the washer tank for simplicity.

Thanks. For me, I don't want to lose my windshield washer tank, so I would have a small tank and mount everything under my car above the front bumper splash panel. Plenty of room for me. Thank for your help.

Not a reason to not get it, I really like the interface, how easy it is to setup and control on the gauge, that is my one gripe. I wasn't sure if you could bend a rod if you had a very large nozzle and sprayed at idle. I am not going to try it, just something to be aware of and it would be better in a sub menu. I'd rather have off/on on the top menu.
You would have to push the test button about 15-20 times before I would even think about worrying. I have hit the button at idle many times. But I do agree that it doesn’t need to have a dedicated button

I have a 1 gallon tank and it will last about a month on a snow #6 nozzle.
most people purchase boost juice. 4gallons for $50-$60 shipped. You can purchase methanol and mix it just remember it is by weight not volume

Thanks for all the great input guys.
I got the Snow stage 2.5 kit for the Mustang (with the throttle body spacer for injection) and installed it over the weekend.

I used the windshield washer tank as that was much more convenient than mounting in the trunk. The car already has a low washer fluid light so didn't need to install the one that came with the kit.
Using the 10 GPH nozzle set to come on at 4 psi and max at 7psi (max boost about 10 psi) but will play around on the dyno to find the best injection points.

Overall great kit from Snow. Hopefully reliability is great as well

Hi. Did you have to upgrade the washer tank pump, lines what modifications to get it to supply enough pressure

The kit comes with its own pump.

For the washer tank all you need to do is get a connection fitting -
Snow has this accessory for that purpose
https://www.nitrousexpress.com/windshield-washer-reservoir-bung-w-braided-fitting.asp
but I got a different fitting with the same thread from Amazon instead
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GPRN886/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
- then drill a fitting sized hole near the bottom of the tank and install the fitting on the tank (I used silicone sealant around the fitting as well to ensure there were no leaks).

You connect the fitting to the pump with the provided connections in the kit and that's it

Any pics of how you mounted the tank?

For mixing and distribution, it was recommended by several on here to move the nozzle as far upstream as possible. I put mine about a foot Infront of the throttle body. The vortech kits have the maf about 1.5 feet in front of the throttle body. I believe the PC the mad is in the intercooler and those guys are running the nozzle just after the IC.

Well, since my car isn't driven in the rain or winter, the washer tank sounds like a easy set up. Thanks
