whats the Coyote about 450 + a Whipple = over 700hp and less weight
Yes, maybe bit closer to 500 lbs, but yes, Coyote+Whipple is a better power-to-weight option.

especially over the front wheels. We're already a bit front heavy on the balance. If the weight were back a bit further and you wanted to stay N/A going with the Mega, then for this application of a 'track car' it would make sense. Although, staying N/A would be better for a track car, then having to try to deal with the eventual heat soak of FI
