This means GM (Reuess and AO) didn't have to go to anyone to justify and win approval for these models. The money and expectation for profit are there from the get go.
I figured a quick release was bad, it will be worse if profits were wrongfully projected AND these projects were given the Green light. They threw caution to the wind and it backfired.
It wouldnt surprise me to see the SS go sterile with upgrades and the z28 thingy get canceled. The 1LE will be the talking point now but at $42,500 on a 1SS, it's gettin' expensive for a base V8. The 1LE package has lost some of the competition aspect.
A cooling issue or any doubts about performance now will be the end of it.
The 2015-'16 Mustang is just a really, really good car for the money. It's very new and exciting to see in person.
