Mach 1 oil grade

My motor is brand new, no oil or filter change yet. Experiencing exactly what you are seeing. When cold the oil pressure is pegged at 100 PSI and when at operating temp and fully warmed up the oil pressure at anything above 2400 rpm the oil pressure runs 80 psi.
Does the Ford racing FL820 fit just fine?

Ford dealers here in Edmonton Alberta where we do get below -29 in winter even during the day won't recommend 0W-xx. I have asked 4 of them and none even carry it As long as it's full synthetic the reasoning goes, 5w-30 or 5W-20 is more than adequate even at -40

EDIT Regina in Sask do carry it but Regina gets much colder despite being further south due to geography it hits -40 more often and for longer bouts so 0W is carried in Ford dealers in Regina.
