Good to hear. I'm hoping after flashing to stock and then reflashing the emissions calibration that mine may eventually go green. I'm on stock exhaust so there should be no reason they don't.

Zelek, when you switch to the '18 intake manifold can you follow up on here if you get your sensors to ready again?

The only other major difference in our mods is the '18 manifold and injectors.

Yup, I certainly will. I plan on letting Lund know to leave the sensors/emissions stuff on. Hopefully they can get the voltage correct for the IMRC's since I'm shooting to keep them active even after reading everything I could.

Not sure about Austin but up here in DFW you can only have 1 not ready.

Are you running your emissions tune as well and for how long? From the past few days of googling this seems to be common with Lund. I wonder if the other big tuners like AED are passing?
My VMP tune won't pass, even after they sent me a revision. I described my issue thoroughly to them, but apparently they can't or won't make the necessary changes. Never could get a direct answer to what they are doing in the tune. I have to go back to stock to pass, as I have items not ready. Runs great, but changing out tunes is kind of a hassle.

No reason for the rear o2's to be disabled on a car with stock manifolds to begin with. It's a shame you guys have to go thru this headache.

How did you get your rear o2 sensors to ready?
Initially mine were off. I failed inspection because O2 sensors were off. Contacted Lund and they turned them on. Passed the inspection with GT350 mani, JLT CAI, LU47 injectors. Just contact them Monday.

Just because the sensors are on in the tune doesn’t mean they still won’t show as not ready on those with an aftermarket CAI tune required CAI. Just a heads up. Let us know ur experience

My O2 and HO2 still won't ready. Fixin' to put the car back to stock and sell my one single mod. This is ridiculous.

I know the feels man, I gave up on their emissions tune. I will be riding dirty until I move somewhere that doesn't have emissions testing.

I drove on my tune for 6,000 miles with the O2/HO2 never going green. The flash back to the stock tune then installed the O2 spacers and then got the monitors to set to green. I then flashed my 93 tune back on and got the monitors to set green within a very short amount of time.

Nothing changed with the tune file. Only thing that I changed were the spacers. I'm not sure if that was the fix I really needed or not, or just the flash back to stock and reflash the tune back on, but it's working.

I ordered the spacers that you posted in this thread for when I get my cat deletes installed. I will try out the emissions tune again. I won't be able to go back to the stock tune though with my injectors and manifold.

I would try reflashing your tune once you put on the spacers.

Awesome! Would you be able to link the 02 spacers you used? I'm going to have to pass MD emissions soon and would rather put these on now rather than run the risk of failing with catted kooks LTHs. Thanks!
Please report back when you do emissions. I'm stock at the moment, but live about a half hour from you. Our emissions regulations will be the same, so I'll know exactly what I need when I get to that point.

When you do reflash the tune return back to the stock tune first. Then reflash the Lund. I had the Lund 93 Tune and flashed the Flex tune over it. It ran like crap. Contacted Terry at Beefcake and he advised me to do that. It worked perfectly after I did. I have a Lund Flex tune and pass emissions.

Will do! This coming Monday I'm taking my car to JPC to get the Catted LT's installed and retuned. I'll ask if they can put the spacers on for me too and see what they think about tuning for emissions or if there's any trick they've learned to keep the 02s in regs.
