Hey guys! New here...not new to Mustangs though. Been playing around with Mustangs since the 90's. Got a 93' Coupe I'm currently working on restoring. First S550 though...just picked up a 2019 GT Premium with only 12k miles on it. Love the car...just needs a few appearance mods and she'll be good!

Thanks

Hey everyone.

I'm Daniel. I'm from Tennessee and just recently purchased a 2015 GT Premium Convertible in Oxford White. The previous owner put a Magnaflow exhaust on it but I bought it from Carvana so I have no idea if it's axle back, cat back, etc. I've always had Jeeps and trucks and this is my first car that I'll be modifying so I'm looking forward to learning a lot about these cars.

Hi everyone! Just picked up a 2021 GT. Second Mustang for me, (first one was an 88 LX 5.0 when I was 18). What a difference! Hope to enjoy this for quite a while.

I bought the cheapest 10R80 in the country last January from Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas last January. It was $29,250 and $31,800 after T, T, and L. I love it. I strongly considered a LT1, scat pack, 2013-14 GT500, JDM Supra, R32 GTR and LS3 C6. Came close to purchasing a Camaro, but Chevy was playing games on the phone and didn't want to honor their rebates. Ultimately, I'm glad I got a new car in the end.

I put on an MBRP pro series race exhaust and BMR performance springs this past Monday and am quite pleased. I was going to get the drag springs, but I'd rather improve on the handling and I'm not going to get serious about drag racing. Trying to decide on whether or not to go FBO, Hellion sleeper TT, or whipple. I understand that with FI the drivetrain will go at some point.

FBO is nearly half the price of FI and I'm leaning towards a sleeper kit and keeping it below or around 700whp for longevity. We shall see.

This is my 3rd Mustang. My grandad drove Mustangs my whole life. I had a four eyed 5.0 fox with EFI for the summer of 2008. I regret selling it. I also own a G37X which is my daily. Pics incoming.

Hello Mike,
I've been to Ramstein on space a C17 and looking forward to going when that opens up again. We have some friends, he's a C130 pilot, and they just got posted to Ramstein after yrs in the Pacific including Alaska. They were excited to get the orders.
Greetings from Ramstein AFB Germany!
Long time Mustang owner just added a 2017 Roush Stage 3 to my small collection. I just got it here yesterday after 3 months of waiting.

Hola. I'm Shawn from central New Hampshire. The 69 is my first car, we've been together for 35 years. Bought the 19 as a left over last spring and it's still bone stock. I'm here to change that haha. Cheers!

I had a '69 Sportsroof same color back in the day. Mine was a low option 351W 2 barrel and C4 auto, open rear (Probably 3.00) and manual steering and drum brakes. It was a pretty good runner but man it was hard to stop. I ran the crap out of it and is now long gone. I love that color, nice match up with old and new.

Hello, thanks for letting me in.

I've had 4 Mustangs in the past and have a new '21 GT on order. It's been delayed by the chip shortage but do have a VIN and production date in late June. I expect it here in early August. GT Premium 6 sp, Performance pack, and some other goodies. Race Red with black interior. I'll post up pics when I get it.

I'm looking forward to reading up on tips and how to do things as I am not well versed in this platform, but know they have huge potential. Not that I'll do a whole lot other than keep it as a garaged 2nd car.

I wanted to order a new Mach 1 but no deals, all full MSRP whether you get them off the lot or do an order. The GT was much more reasonable and I got a great price close to invoice.

Hello, last week I purchased my first Mustang, a Brand new 2021 GT 301A A10 Velocity blue. Very enjoyable, buyers remorse did hit me like for most with such an expensive (for me) purchase, but I'm trying to work through it. The main issue for me is, the base cloth seat is the wrong shape for me and completely uncomfortable to the point of heavy back pain after a short drive. Reason being I'm a 6' 8" broad shouldered thin guy and that makes finding a comfortable seat a challenge. My shoulder blades rest on the top raised section of the seat and my back caves into the center of the bucket seat, not fun. I tried an aftermarket padded seat cover and it does help my back but it makes the driving position even worse, looking out the very top of the windshield.
I know ford performance recaros are an option but along with the cost, I'm not sure if the high side bolsters are for me with the car being my daily at present. I definitely would be interested in hearing any possible solutions to this problem. I can also start a thread if it would be a good idea.
I already put LEDs in places Ford did not, annoying for this kind of money.
I'd also like to enable Flexfuel via my HPTuners so i can use E85.
Thanks
Matt

Car looks great!! I would definitely try looking for an aftermarket seat. Try seeing what they go for used, the Ford Recaros are a nice touch.

I've yet to see any used ones for sale that are actually intact/useable, unless I'm missing something.

Welcome all new members! Glad to see some of you participating already :) Let's keep up this roll call.
HI. My name is John and I live in Indy. I am lucky to have a 2020 Bullitt and a 2006 S197 plus an antique Porsche with a beater of a 2002 Acura TL. I love cars and work as a IPC tester associate in a big plant. I love the Bullitt, but am scared of the Chinese tranny. I like the 2006 transmission better, but well you know. The Bullitt option I chose is the magneride adjustable suspension, which I use and like. The Bullitt has the worst sound system I've ever bought in any car. No CD player, but I saved money over the 2100 B and O system offered. I'm not new to audio as I have 40 years plus in trying to find better sound. Soon, I will rip out the horrible speakers and replace them with Alpines for about $1700. With over 800 cds, I will either add a player or stream like they want me to. I bought the spare kit for Bullitt....yeah thanks again Ford for 400 bucks plus 19.95 for Highland Green touch up paint. Soon, I'll spend the 449 for the spare and wheel so that's $849 for a spare tire so I can ride with more peace of mind. One day soon....no spares...the dealer will throw you a can of fix-a-flat and yell good luck for $90000. Oh yeah in 2005 paid 25041.21 plus tax and in 2020 50,000 with a 1500 summer clearance rebate. So, the Bullitt should go 290 mph on the top end instead of 165, since 145 was electrically limited in 2005. Why did Ford put a Sync close to the gearshift? Why screw up the interior with an ad for Microsoft? I bought the Bullitt because it's beautiful and fast like the 1968 Movie car, but McQueen would tell you, "ditch the dumb sync badge and make this thing do 210 and hey I believe I can clear Oakland while listening to Van Halen's "Jump" So let's gas and blast baybee!

Hi John!

I live in Columbus, I want an S550 Bullitt but the used car hike has pushed them out of reach, so for now I'm looking for an Ecoboost that my wife wanted after I got the Bullitt anyway. Hopefully see yours around. What options does it have?

Hi All,

Long time lurker, newly registered. I had been looking to buy an S550 Bullitt this summer but with the used car price spike I have decided to wait for them to drop back to sensible values. In the mean time I'm considering buying an Ecoboost as my wife wanted one after I got my Bullitt bought & paid for so we have decided to swap them around in terms of purchase time.

I will no doubt have many questions and thank you in advance.
