I only have trucks trying to race me in my 5.0. A guy in a hellcat charger was showing out in front of me, but I took it as a compliment. STi' and Type Rs don't want that smoke and I don't blame them.
I think I enjoy my Mustang more than any car I've had. Too fast for the street and I just love...
I had an ap2 s2k also. I was 18 and only had it for 9 months or so. I can't remember it too much, but I talked my dad into trading it for a 04 STi. I preferred the STi, but the Honda was a great car.
I had the opportunity to buy another one before I got the mustang, but been there done that.
When my car got shipped from Vegas I drove across town to swap cars during lunch. I had it delivered to my mom's house because nobody was at my house. The truck driver called me and I told him someone will be there. I'll never forget my mom texting me after it arrived and saying something like...
Buy December through March. I shipped the cheapest 10r80 5.0 base model in the country to my home in January 2020. $31,800 out the door at 6.39% (could be better). No gap or anything else from finance. I use to be a salesman and trust me it's worth the wait. Not sure if their are any rebates...
What's the difference between stainless powers and stainless works? Stainless works is recommended for my mbrp exhaust and that's what I was looking at. More research to do, but that's what I love about this site and the platform being out for a few years. Tons of info on here and it's all be...
Go 3" I would imagine gains are to be had even under 650 whp. I'm sure there are 3" out there with resonators and mufflers that aren't too loud either. To each their own, but I believe you're right you don't need 3" without a power adder.
Corsa and Borla sound really good, but I love my mbrp race. Cheaper too. Cold start is super loud, but cruising is not bad at all. We can't decide for you and it comes down to preference. See for yourself on youtube.
Imho 3" is a must.
Lol it definitely sticks out. It's an suv that has the front and rear of a mustang. I don't see how somebody could not notice it, but that's just my opinion.
I guess I meant to say the Mach E looks better, but that's subjective and shouldn't be taken personally. I honestly don't care what people drive or like to each their own.
I'm inexperienced and haven't done enough research, but I want a sleeper kit too. I'd keep it under or at 700whp until I have the funds for a predator block and decided on which company for 10r80 upgrade.
Tbh I likely won't as I don't plan on getting serious about drag racing. I'm getting use...
I'm sure I'd be satisfied with that amount of power too. I also like the fact that they will get the jump on other setups. Decisions decisions.
How is the transmission holding up and how many miles can we expect at that level before a rebuild?
Another question, since superchargers take power...
