Greetings all!

Another time around with another Mustang. This is my 4th in 43 years of driving and my 48th car. its a 2018. First thing I did was get rid of the stock 18" wheels. I traded even, my 2012 Jaguar XK with 22K miles. I have no regrets (though I loved the Jag and would recommend them to anyone, I just got tired of cleaning a black car in Seattle)

Nice car, I think you will like the stang better than the Jag. I was in Bremen Germany at the BMW dealer, looking at a V12 Jag. The salesman told me not to buy a Jag, it will leave you broken down on the autobahn. He steered me to 1 you old 633 BMW M1. Others in Europe say the English would rather glue wood to the dash of there cars, than get the electrical systems right. But I have never owned a Jag. Your Mustang looks like a very nice car. Have fun with it!

I recently purchased a 2021 Mustang GT 6 speed manual in Shadow Black. It’s my first manual car and mustang in over 10 years. So I am rusty in many ways but loving it since I’ve been into mustangs since my teens.

But after some consideration, decided to upgrade to a used 2019 mustang gt premium with the 6 speed 2 days ago.
Every year that goes by it becomes more apparent that both V8s and manuals will be the first to go when the transition to EVs begins, so i wanted to own what i think is the best example of the two (behind the gt350 of course)
She came full stock minus an RTR grill.
Has the black accent package and 401a.

rip to my N,
I will miss that color and those noises dearly, but it could never compare the the grumble of the cayote

Very nice GT, love the RTR grilles! Random question, how was the Veloster N? Ever since it came out I've wanted one to fill that hot hatch gap that Ford left when they quit Fiesta/Focus ST production.

It was unbelievable what that little cheep hyundai could do. Going from that handling to the boat of a GT gave me a bit of whiplash lol
At the end of the day though its a hyundai. Reliability it questionable at best, and service is horrible.
Had a faulty turbo and was 2 months with no car. It seriously depressed me, and that situation opened up the idea of moving towards something non turbo.
I really did enjoy it, and im sure the latest model year is solid as hell from what I've heard. It just seems to be the 2019s and early 2020s with all the problems

I've recently moved to the U.S. (San Francisco Bay Area) from the U.K. (though I'm from New Zealand originally) and the first thing I need to do is get an American car.... so a Mustang seems like a sensible option.
Well, maybe not 100% sensible, but it makes sense to me.

I'm looking for something used so will no doubt be on here soon with lots of stupid newbie questions. It's been fun reading through some of the posts here so far, this is a great resource, thanks!

New member here, papers signed and waiting to take delivery of a grabber yellow GT base with stage 2 Roush. It will be parked next to my 1973 Mach1 when i get it.
No real plans for it other than changing the stripes the dealership has on it. plan to drive it as a daily with a trip to Z-Max every now and then.

Hey I'm Thed! Some (if any) willl recognize me from Motor Trend and Car Fanatics Forums. I am 18 and about to enter college here in NC. I currently drive a 1996 Ford Ranger and she is my pride and joy (her name's DeLone and you shall address her as such ). But, she won't last forever. Nah just kidding, she could. But I have some plans for the old girl and before I start, I need a new DD. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in the market for a new car by the time the 2016 model years will be coming out. That way I can get a late 2015 for nothing.

I have been a fan of the almighty Pony since before I knew what it was, because there was something about those Foxbodies that just clicked with my six0year-old brain. For the most part I'm a traditionalist, my Mustang will be a RWD manual V8 coupe. Anything else will not be considered. Not even a convertible.

So yeah that's a breif intro from me.

Hi, I’m Frank. Just placed an order for a 2021 GT Premium Convertible in Velocity Blue. Dark Navy interior with Grabber stitching. Damping, performance pack, the works. Pretty excited as I’ve been regretting selling my 95 Vert pretty much since I did it and I think I’ll be happy to drive one again.
