As can be seen, it is straight thru. No baffling to slow down the exhaust flow. This also puts to bed the rumor that the infamous ticking is not caused by little people banging on the inside of the resonator. :wink:

Smooths out the exhaust note. It would be rather raspy without it.

that's the OEM setup for the GT350? hmm...i wonder how that X pipe with separate res would sound like on the 5.0...

Pipe diameter would be the biggest issue. That's why I could not use the X pipe from my 350 HEP on the 5.0.

Pipe diameter would be the biggest issue. That's why I could not use the X pipe from my 350 HEP on the 5.0.
Are they 3” pipes? I’m sure a muffler shop can use pipe adapters/reducers to make em work no?
