For what it is worth I use NGK LTR6BI-13's and do not have pinging.
I'm going to change my PCV valve as this will be cheap and easy. I don't like how loose it feels in the valve cover. I likely caused it to loosen when developing my oil catch can relocation kit. I had the fittings on/off at least 30 times. I don't expect this to fix the knocking sound but having the PCV valve fitting firmed up will be good.Probably a combination of the two if I'm honest. One didn't solve it on its own.
If you use NKG's website to find product based on year and model there is a change in 2020 to a heat range 7 on all the V8 models. So a 2017 - 2019 should use a heat range 6 and a 2020+ should be using a heat range 7. There was no change to the 5.0 engine from 2019 to 2020 so why did they change the heat range for 2020? Hmmm....
Now having the M-9603-M8B kit on my car, this effectively is the Bullitt or Mach1 setup with the same performance bump so they are probably running similar or identical tunes. I'm going to pull one plug and see if I can get a number off it so I know where I am starting from.
NKG lists a different plug for OEM replacement on the 2020 Bullitt and Mach1. It's a 94862 or (LTR7CP13). The differences are the pre-set gap and the electrode size. The Bullitt/Mach1 plug is on the right. Other plugs I shown for comparison. After learning this, I want to try the 94862 plugs.
