Here you go guys. True before and after. Solid results and great under the curve torque results.

What mods did you have for the base number? was that an A10?

Wonder if that is demand or Covid / labor / part related?

I would say its more covid related then demand. My local bestbuy and walmarts still have empty shelves. And I would say as far as parts manufacturing this kit is a bunch of spare parts from 2 cars they aint building no more so Im sure its low on the to do list. its not as popular as you would think either. I have a very mustang heavy town that I live in. Im only one with it everyone else decided not to buy it after the reviews were so eh. I also in hind sight wish I had not bought it. its ok but not worth the money.
Just got done contacting FRPP, should be available on 8/31. BTW, according to the rep at FRPP it sold better than they thought it would.

LOL no I just went and got one of them sprinkler toilet seats. I went to best buy for my birthday figured I would get some new toy or do dad. They had nothing. xbox, playstation, prepaid phones. cheap cell phones, wifi equipment (anything good anyway) tablets.... and so on other then junk cheap stuff they were out of everything. I left with no new toys. My point is I think manufacturing is still at sort of a stand still on anything.
I think it's also location based. I have two walmarts roughly 15 minutes apart and both are stocked like normal. The oil selection ran low for a bit but the transition to gf-6/SP is also underway so that's intentional. Food is fine, hell even toilet paper is fine. I'm actually not a fan of how samey everything else (I miss how light traffic was during the lockdown). The only difference is everyone is wearing masks.

Fair enough. but its all relative. What were their expectations? say it was 100 kits and they sold 150 well that is better then expectations but in the whole picture its nothing. Plus you are not gonna call a rep whos job it is to sell things and make money and hes gonna say yeah it sold like a turd dont buy it. :)

IM just going by my own experience IM on the not worth it band wagon and everyone who drove my car since has canceled their order so.....

Oh I agree. I am only relaying what they told me. That sales were beyond what they were expecting the first go around. I for one am going to get this kit, yes I realize I am leaving hp on the table but since the car is new and keeping at least 3yr. of warranty on the car is nice along with the CARB EO. You live in a different part of the country where getting smog is a non issue, not so in Cali. Even if you get a tune that allows all readiness the CVNs won't match and you will fail. Would love to get an E85 tune, literally get the best E85 in the country and several stations within 5 miles of my home, just having to deal with smog.

This could be true. But our walmarts are fine as far as food toilet paper and all that as well. but electronics and phones and such car parts and all are not essential and I dont think those industries are back to full swing yet is all I meant. :)
I believe it. Could be busier areas are prioritized for stock. I'm glad I finished building my PC before this all hit. I'd go nuts if I didn't have video games.

Absolutely I can see how this would be a big seller in California where your choices are limited. Else where tough where you have options this isnt the best one by any means. Now if it was 600 bucks then it would be well worth it :)

Man you modders have it rough out there if you want to stay legal they make it hard to do anything.
How much cheaper though is an E85 tune with a CAI? From my understanding an E85 tune with device by itself is $600. Add a CAI and a throttle body and $1k isn't that bad. I am so used to the BMW M tax for parts.

Yeah but you gonna feel that tune. My regret with this ford one is well um... did it do anything? Its so soft that unless you tell someone its tuned they dont know. And then you have to really feel for it.

A few people have reported they feel the tune...granted there are a few who haven't as well. DaveFZR got real good results and his car is pretty much the same as mine and we both live in Cali.
