The driver's side, is it correct that you don't remove the existing nut on the intake and you just tighten the separator right on top of it? Or are we replacing the existing one with the one with the separator?

Leave the nut and use the supplied nut on top.

So I've read some places that say that the passenger side is more susceptible to oil. And I see a lot of installations on the Coyotes that are only one side. What's the deal? And if it's needed, then are they just selling two kits to make the price seem better, instead of one complete kit at 2x the cost?

It's been about a month and +/- 1000 miles since I put the driver's side on, so I opened up to take a look. Bone dry. Does that tell me anything?

For anyone interested, here's what it looks like inside:

Yikes! Looks like I just wasted $150 as well. Silly question. Is yours mounted on top or below the hole under the strut brace? Looks like it could work either way.

On top, push pin going down. And I left it without the push pin that would have to go through the insulation.

I made the mistake of cutting my insulation without reading this thread first. Oh well one cut closer to a R!

The R also has the insulation on the strut towers

Interesting since the instructions made it sound like only the non-Rs have it.
