OK I hope I'm missing something pretty obvious. I haven't had the car long and it's not a daily driver, but was previously able to display tire pressure info on the dash. I assumed I could find it with the settings or Pony buttons, but no luck. I checked the manual and it looks like I should...
That sounds like fun! Good luck getting it broken in before the snow flies because it was right at freezing here this morning already. My Bullitt's not being built for a couple more weeks so decided to drop ship it to our house in AZ and ship back next spring.
Let it rip. I've broken in four specialty Mustangs over the last 10+ years using this method with no engine issues despite thousands of track miles:

I've been on the track with Ford engineers where their first and sometimes only miles on their...

I just got the group buy pricing and I think you are all going to be very happy! I am just waiting for the lead-time information before I post the group buy pricing and ordering instructions. I am on my way to BIR so may not get to this until after done running this evening.
They're separate issues. You need to get air over the brakes to cool them. That said they're still going to get glowing hot running race pads. You need high temp fluid to avoid getting a long pedal or worse no pedal. The Ti shields main function is to protect your dust boots on the pistons. If...
As of today here is where we stand:
- Drawings were completeed in AutoCAD
- Samples were cut out of cardboard on the lasercutter
- Samples are en route to my location to confirm fitment.
Will hope to having pricing for the fronts and rears in the coming hours.
Progress!!!
So the drawing worked out just fine, we got them drawn up and cut a couple samples out of cardboard on our laser that I’m going to throw in the mail today for you to check out and make sure you’re happy with.
I’m still working on pricing, I should have that by the end of the day...
Just wanted to give everyone an update. We were set back a few days, but should have something soon.....
"Hey sorry about the delay on this, our engineer has been out sick the past couple days and hasn’t got around to drawing this up since he’s been back. I have this on his list for tomorrow...
I only put a few street miles on them to season the rotors. I put new front rotors on so as not to mixed compounds but left the rears since they're a PITA to swap and not as critical as the fronts. I also ordered the pre-bedded pads so didn't do a full bedding procedure. From what I could...
Watson sells the tubular chromoly rear bumper beam with the tow hook attached like in the photo. It will work on any S550. The front doesn't line up with the GT350 front fascia and radiator ducting. I thought about getting the rear one installed, but in the last seven years running Mustangs...
That's my plan for BIR this weekend, and I may throw a fleece sleeve from one of my wheel tie downs in the glove box to put around the strap where it intersects the front clip in front of the hood. If the S197 STB held up, the GT350 will probably be strong enough to get you out of a gravel trap...
Looking forward to your report on how this setup works for you this weekend. Are the R16 the Carbotech XP20 equivalent? I assume you're running GLOC pads?
I'm heading to BIR this weekend for the maiden voyage. Hopefully your brake pads make it in time. I installed the R18s up front and the...
Safely tucked it away for the trip to the North Star state. There were little pebbles falling off the PSC2s onto the trailer floor for over ten minutes by the time I got it strapped down and closed up. I'm starting to wonder if they might not be stickier than R7s. I hope not since they're $500...
Hahaha no I wish. I will be at Brainerd International Raceway in Minnesota, USA. I was just referring to the Porsches as Germans. Humor doesn't always translate well between native languages. :) I haven't been on the Autobahn since 1989 but would love to go back some day. The Nurburgring...
