Hummm?. Well thank you for letting the air out of My balloon. But, I did specifically state I had a A10. And I cannot see why it wouldn't work, I mean it looks like it locks the flywheel gear.
Sorry Dude, it says on their website it does not work with the 10 speed automatic. I really like MMR parts and have a lot of them on my car with more to come in the future, but they’re the most aloof bunch I’ve ever dealt with. Full disclosure, I have a 10R80 and a MMR Lock Tool that I can’t use.

4 ugga duggas should do it. Just do 5 for good measure.

Five seems to be the magic number.

Actually, holding the flywheel with a properly oriented pry bar isn’t terribly different than how the MMR Lock Tool works. No issue torquing to 100 ft lbs.

I will no longer click the Add On option on the MMR website. Unless one specifically views each part, there are key details that are missed and one ends up with parts one can’t use. Also, don’t bother ordering the Cam Wrench and if you order the Secondary Tensioner Bracket, avoid the Add On box, cuz it’ll bite you. Lastly, don’t order the Harmonic Balancer Install Bolt. The threads rip off of it while “installing” the HB, but luckily, it doesn’t kill one’s crank shaft snout.

And if you call MMR and the Dude sounds like he just woke up and it takes him a minute to comprehend what you’re saying, you’re definitely talking to someone at MMR. But like I said, I love their parts, I just had to work a little harder to make sure I received the right ones.

Yep, that's the guy I talked to. I have a few of their parts which are high quality, the billet chain guides, CS and bell housing brases. I wonder how they stay in business if they are hit and miss on their products. Sad

Yep, all the same stuff I have and glad to have them in my engine. I’ve found that if MMR makes it and it installs in or on the engine, it’ll be great as long as it’s meant for the year range of one’s car. If it’s a tool or something not meant to install in the engine, one probably doesn’t need it. I’m sure there are a few exceptions to this theory, but again, I’ll keep doing business with them.

I did, which I shot full of holes and the aloof guy reluctantly agreed with me. I shipped the Cam Wrench and Secondary Tensioner Bracket back but haven't looked to see if my money has been refunded yet.

The can wrench doesn’t fit my came and they sent me the wrong tensioner bracket (for an earlier year range).

I just mailed the flywheel tool back. I also mentioned I paid for two-day air. We will see. As with All failed company's, it was either mismanagement of finances or bad customer service which ultimately caused their demise.

Or both.

Did you get your balancer installed? Im still pondering my method of holding the flywheel, or other option, to get the crank bolt torqued.
