I was having the same surging/bucking issues and also tuned by PBD. Rob ended up pretty much ghosting me when it was obvious his revisions weren't doing anything. I ended up getting my money back from PBD, but I had to force their hand to do it. I don't see how other PBD tuned Edelbrock cars are supposedly driving around fine, maybe my standards for what is acceptable drivability is just higher on a modified car?
so how did you sort it out, Lund tune?

I do have the Stage 2 Edelbrock which operates just fine on Stage 2 93 octane tune with 3.75 pulley near perfection....however nothing is as good as a custom tune.....
To be clear, is this Stage 2 with the 8 rib 3.75 pulley?

Does anyone know if the VMP 105mm throttle body for the new GT500 would work with the modular inlet? You can find the VMP for cheaper than the Edelbrock 103mm

That thing is 1K USD it is not cheaper than the edelbrock 103mm at 799 USD
it doesn't look like it would fit anyway without an adapter.

You do realize the stock TB will support 800rw
Exactly -this is a perfect example of bigger is not always better .

Just because it will “support” 800rwhp, doesn’t mean that you won’t find gains with a larger TB at lesser outputs.
Admittedly, the gains are small, but gains are gains regardless.

waste of moola util it’s a stout E85 race application going in the mid 9’s or quicker

However I do agree if your gonna buy one and looking to go FAST, do it once and go big or go home

Not everyone has access to e85. Ergo, you do what you can to maximise the potential of the combo you have, whatever that might be.

Kike I said it would be nice to see the improvement back to back, if your going from a stocker to a 105 or 113 by all means if your building a fairly stout setup, race gas or good 93 I agree, but once and be done

For most 10.50 street cars imo it’s not necessary, I suppose it would be worth something but but it’s hard to say How much

Edelbrock say the 103mm TB with 113 MAF is worth about 30rwhp on a 10-11psi setup and about 50rwhp at 12-13psi.

A secondary source tells me he saw 45hp increase when swapping from the FR 90mm TB to the 103mm/113mm on a 10psi setup. I suspect his results vary due to catless headers, 3” system and a higher rev limiter.

If you’re on stock headers/cats and stock exhaust system, I’d expect the return to be fairly minimal when compared to something that has a little more flow potential and a higher demand for air.

Whether it represents value for money is entirely subjective.
Whipple’s dyno charts suggest it’s 40rwhp for their 132 as a point of comparison.

Anyone have experience with Lethal's Fuel System specific to the Edelbrock blower? With it being on sale right now, it's pretty hard to to beat against a Fore Level 2 setup with dual regulators. About to pull the trigger.

I noticed the Lethal kit runs the fuel rails in a series, vs Fore using a parallel setup with a Y off the feed. Is there an advantage to either configuration?
