I went back and forth between the EB and GT.

I had a fully loaded EB that was the exact color I wanted.

Then I found a lightning blue GT with PP.

I own the lightning blue GT with PP. Honestly, there is a huge difference, and I don't regret the decision even slightly.

I would never own a Mustang with a four banger. They belong in mini vans. GT no questions asked.

I really enjoyed the punch of the EB, actually. I think it has more of that pull feeling people want, but the sound, and rev range of the GT is unbeatable. From what I've been told, gas MPG difference isn't much either.

Was set on getting a EB for awhile once they came out and I drove a stock GTPP my decision was easy, GT hands down. EB is a hell of a fun car, would be fun too mod also just won't meet my future power goals.

Lots of arguing here. All three choices are great. Can't go wrong with any of them. I just hate how everyone talks down about the 2.3 and the 3.7 mustangs. When I had the 3.7, lots of people talked down because its only a v6. I'd shut them down by saying "Well since its only a v6, lets race and see how my v6 does." Guess who always ended up winning those races?? ME! haha
What were you racing? 1985 GT's.

This thread is slowly becoming an EB/V6 bashing fest.

We get it, non-v8 Mustangs are not real Mustangs.

OP, if you don't want to be seen as a ***got ********** bitch then get the 5.0. Your decision was just made.

I have the GT, but I can totally see the point of EB, cheaper, lighter, sufficient power, better mpg.

Having said that, I have never driven a EB. I heard that the turbo lag is a little bothering in city drive. Maybe I will appreciate my GT more if I could compare it with a EB.

No? I wasn't talking about racing mustangs in general but all sorts of cars. But yes, I did race a stock 5.0 fox body and tore that car up with my v6. My point is the v6 is very underrated and gets a lot of bashing. Funny thing is it has the same or even more horsepower than the old 4.6 mustangs. I have a 2016 5.0 now but I would never bash the v6 as it is pretty quick as well.

Youll get no arguement from me. I had an 11 V6. It ran 13.7s@103 with a intake and tune. It was a very fun car. Great daily driver.

G35 M6 - Want a V8!!
Some guy rolled down his window and asked if it was a V8. I said yes and he said with a turbo? I said no and he looked puzzled, but not as puzzled as I was.
Dude you had me rolling on this!!! HAhaha!
