That is odd but I would love the challenge to isolate the cause. To bad your not local.
I thought it was the lower control arms but those were replaced.

The only thing I can think of is my diff bushing driver side rear being torn but the only reason I think it’s not that is bc my friend also has a torn diff bushing and gets the usual symptoms (clunking shifting gears; clunking going into first or reverse etc) but I get none of that, and he also doesn’t get the clink over lane dividers

I wouldn't replace parts unless I was at a wall. Have you put a jack under your diif and jack up and down just to see how much it is actually moving? But, I just can't fathom the diff causing your noises driving over lane dividers.

is it possible it’s my Steeda suspension/tire setup?
Would it maybe like “bottom out” or be hitting the inside of the wheel well like that?
I’m not entirely sure when it started. It bugs me but I’m not entirely sure where to go as the car handles great. No noises besides that weird random clunk.

I’m not entirely sure man.

When my lower control arms got replaced, they went over all the suspension and they said that was the only part needing attention.

Did you watch them "Clock" your rear suspension after the part replacment?

No, but the car was making that noise before it was replaced. I figured the lower control arm being replaced would fix it since they were bad. But no, still does it.

Only over the lane dividers, not over speed bumps, not over anything else.

only lane dividers at low speeds. Dead silent otherwise

How did it go? I’m currently still chasing a clunk just like you only over lane dividers. I’m currently swapping out my vertical links and toe links and I just replaced my sway bar end links and sway bar bushings. It only makes noise over those lane dividers and it doesn’t make a sound at all on flat roads or if I’m coming to a stop or taking off.
When you have an update let me know! :)

Just got them installed yesterday and on my drive home from work I still heard the noise. It didn’t sound so much like a clunk anymore. It sounded more like a quick clap or almost like a loud click. Some bumps I drove over that would produce the noise did not now. I also went in and changed out my rear camber arms and I’m getting it aligned as I write this. I’m not sure what’s causing this noise but the only things left to change under my rear suspension would be

shocks, bushings, wheel hub, and half shaft axle. So in my mind it must be one of these. Most likely culprit being the bushings honestly. My diff bushings are good so no worry there.
Also my ride feels completely different in the rear with the new parts lol. I feel every bump but i also feel glued to the ground and not floating around.

If it’s not your LCA bushing then maybe the shocks are going bad
I just replaced the shocks with Steeda stuff not even 5k miles ago.

That would be very very hard to believe.

Have you had it on a rack to shake down everything IE; exhaust, manifold exhaust and anything else that moves and could cause your issue?

It’s been at the shop twice for the issue and both shops couldn’t figure out the issues. The only thing they figured out was wrong in the rear suspension was my LCA bushings that are now replaced. It doesn’t really bug me anymore.

Oh interesting. Hmmm I’m not sure. One idea I did have was the thrust washer behind the wheel hub where it makes contact with the half shaft axle. I replaced mine and maybe 2 weeks later this noise came in. It’s a small washer but it’s known to make noise but not this loud and it typically only happens when going from a stop or going in reverse. I told my girlfriend that if all these parts I bought don’t fix it then I’m just going to leave it

I’ve had my thrust washer break before, very different noise than I’m experiencing

Yeah same lolol it’s crazy that we’re both having this noise and replacing parts but the noise still persists. This is unreal. I will keep looking until I find it in the type that itches until it goes away. If you have any ideas or come across anything let me know.
