The way I see it you have 2 options,
1) Get a wrap.
2) Cover it with a sticker and gain HP, but proceed with caution here because the next encounter with a parked car may be worse with more HP.

No, just the hood and front fenders. If you put a magnet on the door, it will stick indicating it's steel.
