I don't know what a pair of used PP front calipers (and the matching rears, for that matter)
new is $1000 for all 4 corners so... Reman is $450 for up front up to 660 totally new depending on color.

well, if for no other reason we'll find out when I do my Ecoboost base to 6-pot swap. I just so happen to have a brand new GT/PP MC+Booster kit on the shelf if I need to resort to installing it.

Where can you get a 4 corner pp brembo kit for $1000 please?
lots of places. punch in part numbers I posted previously.
unless you a base ecoboost, you already have the rear calipers anyway...

The rear calipers are:
red: KR3Z-2552-A, KR3Z-2553-A $130
orange: MR3Z-2552-A, MR3Z-2553-A, $120
red bracket: KR3Z-2B511-A $114

If you track your car, I very highly recommend it. There are 4 master cylinders for the s550 Mustang last I looked, parts A through D.

The performance pack has two of them, one for auto, one for manual. The base has two, manual and auto. (Difference of number of nipples, hydraulic clutch taps in.). The GT350 shares the base edition MC.

They also have multiple brake boosters and I couldn't control my car at track speeds without the pair. Perhaps my tracks are faster, perhaps I drive faster, but it was scary unsafe for me. If you're auto x, chances are you'll be fine, same if you do some spirited driving.
Just curious, do you run any aftermarket brake cooling options? Like ducts from the grille connected to the back of the hub, or factory cooling only? Thanks.

Didn't run those ducts, because they'd kill the velocity with all the ribbing. I run the scoop and swoop plates to direct air into the backside of the rotor, the aftermarket ones are many times larger than the stock ones, much larger plate to catch and direct.

I run the Vorshlag plates and have found this setup adequate for northeast tracks.

Surprisingly I've found my heat limitation is the 305mm 200TW tires. I can get the fronts greasy through over braking before I can smoke the brakes running the PP1 brakes, air deflectors, and R18 pads with titanium shims.

My biggest pet peeve with mustangs is the rear brakes. You see Camaros, chargers, and challengers with front and rear brembos, but with mustangs only the Shelby’s have that. GTs and up should come standard with brembos but ford cheaped out and didn’t give us any upgradeable options.

Has anyone upgraded to rear brembos? Is there any cost effective way like repurposing brembos off a different car? Fronts are pretty straightforward but I want matching rears!

the rear brembo kit requires an axle and spindle swap and E-brake conversion. the kit's expensive. cheaper 4 pison conversion options are available from willwood and baer.

@paulm1 im wondering if we can just use rear brembos from a camaro or charger and make a custom bracket to fit.

Hydraulically, there's nothing saying that you can't run one from like a Subaru, supposing that you fab something to hold it in just the right place. I think the only difference is that on our setup, we've got an e-brake integrated into it, whereas those don't appear to (maybe they do). The overwhelming majority of the braking is done by the front, something like 85-90% of it, so putting some big expensive brakes is going to do little for you. My justification/proof is that I haven't changed my rear rotors in almost two full seasons, and I do plenty of hard braking.

I understand. My only reasoning is aesthetics lol.

Do you feel the PP brakes as lacking in stock form? Do you see Camaros and Challengers outbrake you?
