Only difference is that this is the first time that you could actually order this wing from Anderson - I hope that means that delivered parts are that much closer to a reality.

FFP has been all over the map. They are the ones that claimed to have GT4 wings from Multimatic in stock. Thanks to them I had to come up with a Plan B when Multimatic put the kibosh of GT4 wing sales to the public.

The ones with exposed bolt heads on the winglets are Chinese, as are the s-wings. Function Factory had their own built in China but it’s supposed to be an actual replica. It took them quite awhile to nail down the quality control.
Newsflash, it is all probably made in china

Oh I know, how else do they get away with $3K prices when they are getting made for half that.
Another newsflash, the OEM is made in China as well.

Not to derail this back to some sorta "i shoot fools" thread but I'm interested to see what everyone's security solution for the fasteners will be.

The world is full of asshats and I'd hate to lose a $3k piece because some crackhead decided to spend 60 seconds unscrewing bolts and running off with the wing.

You can't defend against a Sawzall. Put all the security fasteners on that you want, it can still be gone in 10 seconds.

Yep, only a Good S&W can prevent that. Seriously, put a high 4k front and rear camera in your car with FULL Parking mode. At least you will know who done it.

Custom security screws and bolts, only I have the key (not shown the tamper proof screws holding the brackets to the trunk lid). a simple screw driver or saw wont cut it, and if your walking around with a electric jig, your gonna get noticed.

I'm not trying to stop deliberate attack, as virtually nothing outside of confronting them is going to stop that. I'm just trying to stop the juvenile or the crack addict who's too bored or stupid not to try to remove stuff (especially when it's expensive or has a long lead to replace.
