The Tuf Shine standard brush works about the same as the Detail Factory brush, I could prob slap a couple bonus points on the ergonomics of the detail brush. The Curve Ball um…. has the same effects of a shave brush - nothing earth shattering to me. But, I’m a sucker for new products.

I have the Tuf Shine brush, for what is a very basic looking brush it certainly does the job very well. It's great for both low and high profiled tires too.

I have also tried the Gyeon tire brush, good for low profiles but just not as ergonomic as the Tuf Shine.

What are you using the Curve Ball brush for? I plan to "ruin" mine by using it for tire dressing. :like:

Makes me wanna redo the entire car with the new stuff
Jason: That is quite a statement since you know what it would require, i.e., polishing the rest of the vehicle first. Sometimes I truly hate suffering from OCD because posts like yours make me want to do the same thing. :-)

Oh I know!! Trust me. The slickness difference is unreal though. We shall see. And I know all about the OCD. Trust me. It’s bad

I used my for tire dressing - I’ve used OG Tire Dressing & Perl. Still prefer Perl/with a wipe afterwards. Honestly, it’s just a med/Heavy bristle Shaving brush-I still recommend picking it up for R&D.

Ha ha, R&D! Do you mind if I use that the next time I'm asked to explain yet another delivery of detailing products?

I have a tire dressing fetish, I think I have stopped counting how many I have at my disposal. I like using OG Tire Dressing with the Race Glaze brush, a very cathartic process. I like Perl too, I feel it's easier to get a nice even coat compared to the delightful smelling OG product. Both worth having though.

R&D terminology just sounds more convincing, until my wife learned the trademark Obsessed Garage Tape on boxes. Agree, the OG Tire Dressing I’ve noticed needs a violent shake prior to use - race glaze brush is a great product. I divorced Perl for a short time, but she came back into my life again. Just added the EGO stubby to my R&D today & Ammo interior regime. I’ve used P&S products (interior express/brake buster)for the past few months - slightly harsh over time in my experience.

*I’ve used undressed on new tires off the rim, slightly aggressive for high gloss painted black wheels when mounted to tires. Still prefer the Stoners Bug/Tar for stripping tires prior to application of dressing.

I like the little extra touch OG put on their packaging, although does make flying under the radar at home a bit difficult.

I wish I lived in the USA for easier access to all this sort of thing, shipping to Hooterville Australia is hard to swallow.

Another use for Stoners Terminator is on heavily soiled exhaust tips, a trick I want to try out at some stage.

Give these 2 products a shot sometime on your exhaust tips, solid products.
P21S is one of the most under-rated/hidden products out there for exhaust tips.
