Borla is adapting just like any successful business should. Now you won’t have to decide to purchase the ATAK or Borla S. From a research standpoint I thought it was a home run, there’s always risk being the first to innovate-and….the tick problem is finally solved once & for all.
Interesting article, I just went thru some trial/error recently with the same decision - ended up going back to MPSS (Just my preference over 4S) - Both great tires (If you have USAA/Goodyear has a discount) - and yes the cost of Michelins is equal to a couple airline tickets somewhere fun to...
The last few days I’ve been researching street/track alignment set-ups - I’m staggered with Project 6GR/Sevens 285/35/19 & 305/35/19 MPSS & was fortunate to pick up a new set recently in stock. Next week I have a block of time with one of the newer Hunter alignment racks & a couple sharp techs...
This happens all the time, actually had it happen today. Just casually leaving good ol Lowes - dude rolls up next to me, gives me the roll your window down hand signal - driver says, “let’s run” I say sure for 500 bucks - his tune changed stating he just had engine work blah blah blah - plus no...
I can’t remember if my 350 had the plastic reverse collar lock out similar to the GT, these are known to break. It’s junk plastic glued into the boot trim. Upgrade to a billet maybe Steeda or Raceseng. Simple driveway job - watch the trim tabs.
Built a roadside tire swap kit, I’ve had a couple of the Automotive Authority spares - needed to build something with the supporting tools. Harbor Freight had these pelican knock offs perfect for the job. I’m staggered with Project 6GRs, bored so I built this set up- works for the track also...
Yeah… that’s Plan B - I always find it in weird places normally in small towns “Tony’s Race Shop” type of deal out of a dudes garage/shop. Lately, like everything else - tougher to track down.
Thanks
Anyone know of a reputable race shop in Columbus, Cincy, Dayton area that has VP racing 5 gallon cans in stock. I’m not looking for a distributor / getting hard to find these days.
I normally wear tennis shoes, great for driving also when not playing Tennis. On Tuesday I switch it up to New Balance (with tube socks pulled to my knees) when I top off my flex tune with E85 (feel the corners better in 3rd)- I’ve also found that weekend track days my Tony Lamas usually only...
I use the Flex, already had the batteries from a Flex Polisher, also the Dyson cordless animal works ok. The Flex is my go to when I’m lazy & don’t want to bring out a shop vac.
Learned this life Mustang lesson a few years ago, buddy just joined the reverse lockout broken club… and I was able to listen to him curse Ford for 30m trying to pull the trim without breaking tabs & question why Ford would use plastic… Great start to the weekend 🇺🇸
That’s sad & typical unfortunately, Funny story - I was suspect of a dealer/diff manufacturer that included the first couple oil changes on my daughters car for free. I took a permanent marker and dated the cabin air filter & oil filter, guess what? They came half way during my wait with a cabin...
I’ve seen this even with High End GSF/Adams, different soaps/foam sometimes get funky in the foam cannon. Try toning down your foam cannon mixture - you mentioned how fast it dries, your ratio might be too heavy if the foam starts drying too fast. If your using a foam cannon the consistency...

These have different variations, pretty slick! I use these with a Milwaukee mid torque impact. Zero issues!
