Nothing, doesn't turn over, just makes a noise and a click and stops. I would have thought battery but all lights work
That doesn't mean your battery is ok.

Hooked it up to battery tender for a while with no luck still
It doesn't matter. You need a battery in good condition to turn over the engine. If the battery is bad, hooking it up to a battery tender won't make a difference.

A battery load test will determine if the battery is any good or not.

I’m sure you have another good battery in another car. Swap it in and give it a go.

Could be a bad cell in the battery. Will give the correct, or close to correct voltage, but as soon as the car tried to turn the engine over it will give nothing. The reason is the battery doesn't give enough cranking amps to turn the large motor over.

Just as @Tomster said, a tender will just try and push current to the battery to charge it. A tester will put an actual load to simulate a starting/heavy usage situation; which will give a pass/fail.

I use a lot of battery tender/maintainers, NOCO Genius 3500 and
their new one Genius 2. On a few of my trucks with Optima batteries
in them, I've had batteries last more than nine years.

However............................A few times I've had all green lights on the Noco's
and the battery would not crank the vehicle, because eventually the battery
gets too old, I had plenty of voltage because it's hooked to the Noco, but
the amps are too low.

IMO, the batteries that Ford has been installing in the GT 350's and GT 500's
are marginal to say the least.

Hopefully it's nothing serious. For what it's worth, mine had very similar symptoms after I accidentally drained the battery (left the accessories on). 1 to 1/2 of a engine crank, maybe a click or two, but nothing after that. All electronics worked perfectly despite this. My trickle charger with start assist got it cranked up right away and have not had it happen since then.

On the Ford Authority site they stated that 2021 F-150's are experiencing a phantom battery drain due to a software issue, something to think about.

I like to disassemble things.
That'd be the first starter failure of a '20 GT500 that I've heard of...
