  1. Why does Mustang GT cost $5K more than Camaro LT1 ?

drive both and buy the one that you like better. I have to say though if you’re going manual the challenger and camaro offer much better transmissions. I daily a manual 392 challenger and it’s such a good trans definitely couldn’t get a manual mustang without the tremec.
  2. Manufacturing Imperfections on Brand New Carbon Rim

Great point but I’d like to add something. A 1970 gt500 fastback had an msrp of 4,700 dollars, that’s about 36,000 dollars adjusted for inflation. Now we could argue about how you get so much more in the new car than the old one, power, performance, etc. however the difference is, it’s just not...
  3. Mustang Black Accent Package Announced (But Yet to Be Named -- You Can Help Name It)

North Korea black out package? BLM Package? Idk Ford name your own stuff.
  4. Mach1 vs GR Supra vs Nissan Z races (all auto) by Jason Camissa

This could get messy fast. My view is, over 700 hp get an auto, under 700 hp get a manual. That’s just my opinion I don’t hate on autos they will beat me easily. I just find autos with a lot of gears quite boring. I think the Nissan z looks good btw
  5. What rpm do you shift at when spirited driving with a manual transmission?-Poll

I shift around 6000 but my 392 redlines at 6400 so not quite the same as a 5.0
  6. 2022 GT500 Builder is live

It show grabber blue is available, I didn’t know that was coming back.
  7. Ford’s new idea to keep manuals alive. No Thanks.

I doubt we will see it in the s650 and probably we won’t ever see it, at least I hope so.

  9. Interesting how people think there’s a “Base” GT500

Oh for the sixties when muscle cars were bought by young folks looking for a good time, and daily driven all over America. Now it’s all boomers arguing about this or that on an online forum while they drive their cars maybe a thousand miles a year.
  10. Interesting how people think there’s a “Base” GT500

    Oh look another pointless thread.
  11. Anyone have the 2020 GT500 final production numbers?

I checked a few days ago and ford didn’t even have a 2022 build and price up yet for the mustang.
  12. Anyone have the 2020 GT500 final production numbers?

For reference Dodge made about 3,900 challenger hellcats in 2020. That’s just challengers no chargers.
  13. What has everyone done with the window sticker they got when they bought it?

Some of y’all should get a custom sticker that adds that adm to the price lol. I’m rather proud of my window sticker because I custom ordered the car it says this vehicle was built especially for [name] I don’t know if ford does that but they should if they don’t.
  14. What brand of oil does everyone use? Motorcraft or nothin?

Anytime someone says we can achieve world peace I will link them this thread.
  15. What brand of oil does everyone use? Motorcraft or nothin?

I got news for you guys the Amish don’t have these problems maybe we should consider their lifestyle. seriously though anyone here run Schaeffers oil in anything? We use it for all our stuff and it’s been awesome. They also make the best penetrating spray in the business.
  16. What brand of oil does everyone use? Motorcraft or nothin?

Ok now that was too far. There is nothing peasant about a stock car, certainly not a gt500 that will retain its value a whole lot better than your 5.0 I humbly suggest you take that attitude and shove it.
