Day 2 went well.
Took old block and trans out yesterday. Put new engine in today. Installed manifold and new radiator. Tomorrow is oil cooler and last button ups.

wasn’t too bad removing the block and trans with two people. Getting the new one in with headers and oil adapter was a challenge. Needed to remove driver side header to drop in
