Battery recommendations?

Whats up guys, my battery is pretty much dead and doesnt hold charge I was wondering what you guys recommend?

Vehichle is pro charged, running E85tune, triple pump return fuel system, 1050 injectors, and a star roof

Hard to beat Costco for a good price on batteries. $120 for an Interstate battery.
Unless you're trying to save weight then something Lithium. Shaves a few pounds from the car and the wallet.
Walmart is another option for a good battery that's won't break the bank.

Yep. Pretty much any battery will do. I think WalMart has a pretty good warranty on theirs as well when it goes bad.

I use the Interstate AGM sold by Costco.

Interstate is the worst of the worst and you spend more time warranty replacing them then having it installed. 6-12 month batteries if your lucky. All local shops have stopped carrying them because of how bad they are. Talking 100s warrantied per month per shop for the semi large shops

That is interesting. I installed mine on 12/05/23, so I've made it past that time period. I had one in my older daily that I traded in, and that one was still going strong after 5 years. Both of mine have been the AGM; not sure if that matters. For fun, I asked AI (not that I completely trust) how reliable Interstate batteries are, and it returned "Interstate batteries are considered in the very good range". I guess it is like most things; some of us tend to have good luck and others better buy extended warranties on everything they own, because they are the chosen ones to have no good luck.

100s of batteries warrantied per month, per shop sounds like an excessive number. I know one of the guys who works in the local Costco Tire/battery center; I think I will ask him how many warranty returns they have monthly, just to see what it is like in a city with less than a million people.

I use Deka, made in the USA, have always had good luck with them.
