Has Ford published when the next round of build dates after the 3 weeks in May will occur? My confirmed order is December so I’m hopeful I get picked up for the May schedule but just thinking/planning ahead.

My dealer said that my vehicle is allocated. She said that means it will be picked up on the next build sweep as long as there are no unforeseen issues. Does that mean it will be included when Ford schedules builds 4/4?
It means they probably saw it pop up to priority 2, which means it will most likely be scheduled tomorrow. Could be issues with grouping, etc that pushes it to next week, but very soon.

If people get scheduled this week for may, and I don't get picked I'm done too. People don't understand that at some point their orders will be canceled. Once S550 specific parts for the 22 are no longer economically viable, they will close up Flat Rock for S650.
FWIW May will be scheduled for 2-3 weeks. If a May build is a requirement, I wouldn't give up just yet.

given that there are unfulfilled 2021 and 2022 orders ordered in 2020 and 2021, with only about 5 months left of assumed uninterrupted production, it is not unreasonable to assume the end for some of us here has or is reaching cancellation. My need for a vehicle is stronger than my love for Ford, so I've since started a search for no deposit orders on other vehicles
Well if you put in an order today it might be dicey. If you have one in, it seem likely you'll have one in summer at least. Ford isn't doing a very good job of managing expectations for sure. TBH I keep waffling between waiting and seriously hunting down a ZL1.

Got my order in Oct 12th with priority 19 not worried about the pri number cause my order was put in early. Could care less about 19. And I little info on ordering. I only had to put down $100 hold check to order mine. None of this $180 processing fee for some places. Really 180 just to punch buttons on a computer and print paper. Sorry no business from me and I'm only 3 hours away. Regardless how fast you get the cars built.

If it wasn't such a pain in the ass to have a car shipped down here from Granger, I'd consider taking my 22 order and selling it to someone here for the cost just so someone can have it. That's if my order truly is still in or not. Thought it was silly seeing that email.

I’m holding out as well- I understand everyone’s frustration and yet I wonder if several people cancel, if that will push my October order closer to the front of the line.

How does the deposit thing work? I put down $500. If you cancel you lose, but if Ford cancels it’s returned? Just curious…

Dealers won’t cancel the orders, they want the stock. They then get to sell it retail for at least MSRP or with ADM.

You got your order in right after they opened banks. Regardless of you pri number and everyone else's we will both be receiving our order.

Depends on the dealer you used. Granger refunded my $500 because Ford canceled my order. They've got great customer service overall.

It comes out every Friday, whether they are scheduling the next week, and if so, which weeks they are scheduling builds for.

Well if it makes anyone feel better I literally just ordered every single Ford OEM handling package part to convert my upcoming Mach 1 and all just shipped from Levittown so there isn't a supply chain issue for those parts. Ordered HP rear sway bar, GT350R front sway bar, HP front and rear springs, adjustable strut mounts, front wheel lip, rear tire splats, hardware etc.

Thanks for the reassurance. I am hoping to have a build date by April 8.

No offense, but talking about cancelation in March when they'll produce them till end of December is rather silly. It's crazy world we live in now, shit hit the fan hard, being patient in waiting for a car is the least we can do. There was 3 week shutdown for retooling so things just take longer, doesn't mean they'll have massive shutdowns later on too like last year. HP's didn't even start building yet because of winter.
