I've had my EB package 101A for a tad over a month now. I've been doing some spirited driving on the back road twisties and getting use to the handling. I found the limits of the suspension yesterday. I took a sharp curve at 80 and the rearend started to float thus causing some sketchy handling in the middle of the curve. The tires did not break loose and I did not lift in the turn. I throttled through it smoothly. Is this a characteristic of the Ford rear IFS? To be fair; the car handles awesome for what it is. It's worlds ahead of my '95 GT with suspension mods aimed at handling.

This.

Also could definitely do with a few other things to sort it out, but this is the foundation.

Thanks guys. I went to their site and on top of CB005 description it says for 2015-18. Below that it says '15-'17. I'll have to call them.

It'll fit just fine, lots people have them on their 18s already and Kelly would have made sure to put an incompatibility warning on there by now if it was necessary.

No need. It fits just fine and has already been installed on many 18s. No changes to the subframe.

Great and thanks. I'm an old hot rod guy that never dealt with IFS performance. This is all new.

I'm getting mine done right now, tomorrow the install should be finished if I have time (although I went with the steeda kit it should be similar). Can't wait to be done with the strange rear end movements, I hate that floaty feeling mid-corner or when you change lanes. Also found out my right rear shock was blown with only 15k miles of mostly highway driving.

Let us know your impressions after install. The 2018 shocks are different so I'm curious if Ford saw issues with shocks like yours.

This will definitely help. Better dampers (even PP ones) will help a lot. The Ford Racing FR3/Track handling ones are amazing, though.

Install is all done, just waiting for the UPS guy to drop off my new exhaust so I don't have to take off the other one again, just left it on the jack stands. I drove the car around the block with just the fronts done and the difference was significant. My roads are really awful around the house, haven't been repaved in 15-20 years with tons of ice and plow damage, so its pretty much a worst case scenario for most cars.

Yeah I got them because I can't get a set of the bils, but these seem like really nice high quality pieces and you can't beat getting literally every single part in one package for $540 shipped.

I'm going to need sway bars now, especially for that embarrassingly small rear one.

I'd caution going too big on bar, particularly the rear. The car likes more spring and less bar in the back to ensure good, consistent power delivery. A heavy rear bar will lift the inside tire and prevent you from getting power down well. The bars are good for tuning handling balance. Also heavy bars cross-talk from one wheel bumps and can make the car jump around/react to road imperfections in ways that can be undesireable. The FR Track are blue GT350 dampers, monotubes all around. They're excellent.

Do it. Big rear bar is where the fun begins my friend, and the car really feels like it turns as one swift and solid unit. Of course, my opinion is based on street dynamics, not the track.

Great review on Mustang 6G

I took GT350 I took to Royal Purple Raceway last year. I could not get a good launch on the car due to wheel hop. Completely stock car.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I took my 2018 GT to Royal Purple Raceway and made several runs. I have the enthusiast Stop the Hop kit installed on the 18.

Zero hop and the car hooked up all night. I have yet to install the machined bushings on the control arms though but still a world of difference. I will eventually will get around to installing them.

My buddy also has an 18. He has a CAI and tune for 93 on his car. He has factory 235 tires still. I killed him all night. Wheel hop was eating his lunch. He was so mad that he ordered the Stop the Hop kit that night. I helped him install it this past weekend. I imagine with his CAI and tune and now drag radials, he will get the better of me at the next legal street race night. I have zero engine mods at this time.

I highly recommend the Steeda kit

Steeda sway bars, which I have: middle setting in rear, full soft setting up front - perfect for street IMHO. Full stiff in the back 3rd tightest setting up front for track if you have street-rate springs (i.e., not 350 front and 1200 rear like I do) and kaboom, good stuff.

I would have looked at your alignment in the rear before buying parts for it, but glad things are working out!
