Hey everyone!
I've been following this thread for quite a while and the time came to use the knowledge and install Active Exhaust on my Mustang
I have a Mustang GT 2019 A10 401A PP1 S&S. The car according to the window sticker is a 2019, but according to Carfax it was manufactured on the 12/30/2018.
I do have the fuse (34) and the Exhaust valves relay (59) and also the plug on the rear.
I bought a whole OEM exhaust together with the wires and installed everything.
Now to Forscan
Originally I had the following IPC values:
720-04-01: 0611 0002 0045 (4 = Enabled 6 = Disabled DB252's Findings)
720-10-01: 1000 0000 0048 (E = Enabled C = Disabled Both must be set for Active Exhaust enabled/disabled) NOTE: I had a 1 there
I swapped the values to:
720-04-01: 0411 0002 0045
720-10-01: E000 0000 0048
And I got the Active Exhaust in the menu on the Digital 401A cluster (yeey! right?). But this is it... The actuators do not move at all, no matter what option I select in the cluster and I get no errors what so ever.
I will be debugging this problem and if I will find a solution, I will let you know But if there is someone out there who knows what am I missing (I hope not the special tune) please let me know.
