For what it’s worth I just got quoted $464.00 from a friend in Ford service for JR3Z-5K245-B. And that was them helping me out on their listed pricing.

the only thing I regret about my order was not getting the AE. Time to shop for a totaled car haha

Keep watching the local adds, I got two sets for $150 each. I got three working actuators out of the 4, and a set of the harnesses. It took about 6 months.

yea that’s the plan. Does any one know if the corsa exhaust reuses the factory actuators? If not, my buddy who’s selling me his AE catback will have them. It’s in storage so he’s unable to check quickly haha.

Yep, just replace the AE I got with the corsa and reused the actuators.

2022 GT Premium only additional option is the black accent package - looks like fuses and relay are in place. No pigtail in the back though. Should be a simple cable run to the rear of the car though.

Did you check in the trunk? I think all of the cars go to the trunk. Much less to run.

Search this thread by my username. It is inside the trunk, on the driver's side in the very back, remove the plastic piece and you'll see it.

EDIT: took some better pictures and labelled the pin #'s and cable colors. Going back to see if these cables match the cables needed for AE. Looks like the connector isn't grey any more? Unless i'm mistaken? This is on my 2022

Top Side of the Connector (Edit: Pin 6 is clearly White w/ Blue Stripe)

That is the correct plug. You can get a couple day subscription from ford and download wiring diagrams and service manuals if the wire colors don't match. That is the correct plug.

I believe this matches up with everything I've seen so far.

Going to do some searching for the correct connectors for this trunk harness. If I can find them and build a factory looking harness I would gladly build them for others that are in need as well.

edit: I’m thinking of making a plug and play harness so no pinning is required. So it would also replace the factory Evap harness connector as shown In my pics. One cable that feeds through the trunk floor and splits to 3 connectors. Evap, left actuator, right actuator.

I thought about this, but decided I didn't want to wait. I used taps, and then went to barrel connectors. I'd rather have what your describing, but i want everything now.

I work with electronics all day everyday so that’s why I want to take the extra time to do this. It will sit in the back of my mind and bother me if I don’t have it done to OCD level of neatness 😂 it might be overkill but seeing how much it would cost to but the harnesses from Ford… it’s worth it and deff won’t cost nearly as much. Probably closer to the price of a single harness rather than 3 of them. It’s just a matter of finding the right connectors

Scored a pair of actuators for a solid price! Once they arrive I’ll be able to find the correct molex connector to fit the actuators and start building out the 1-piece harness I have planned out
