Sorry this is what I was trying to confirm. If I can just get the device from HP Tuners and turn it on, while leaving the car stock that is awesome.
This Post covers what it takes programming-wise to complete the install. You have to buy the HP Tuners device plus appropriate amount of credits for your vehicle.

Back in 2018, I installed the 2018 active mufflers on my 2015 GT and replaced the electric actuator valves with vacuum powered actuators from eBay. I cut off the section of the valve with a saw-zall and welded the new ones. I hooked up a push button into the cigarette lighter by the shifter to power a vacuum solenoid under the hood. 5 years later, everything still works.

Forgive the basic drawing here, it’s 2am so I just wanted to get this done quick. This is what would work for both actuators on a single momentary, fused so as not to draw when the car is off.

I don't suppose you have a similar diagram for how to do this with the 2018-2023 GT actuator cables? As I believe it has 4 pins not 3

Anyone know the situation on the 24 gt, or is there a similar thread? Are the wires there?

Those mufflers are now going for $800 per muffler at my local Ford dealership 😑

Look up under the car, near the area under the center/rear behind where the spare well is and see for yourself. It very likely is a similar harness connection and if you have it, you will see it.

Hello!
I read many pages of this discussion but I’m still lost as to what I need.
I have a 2018 GT, from what I see it comes with the harness under the trunk (picture below)
I have already purchased the AE mufflers with the actuators on them. What other parts do I need?
Also how do I check if I already have the “relay”? Where/what is that?

all you need to do is purchase the harnesses to connect he two sides. go back to the beginning and look for those harnesses

You need the 2 jumper harnesses and the primary splitter harness. I think total from Levittown Parts is like $170ish.
You should already have the relay as there are 3 fuses connected to that relay. But a 15 amp fuse for one of the slots is needed *SOMETIMES*. Your car might already be outfitted with it. It’s the fuse box under hood in the engine bay. Fuse port 34.

1x JR3Z-14A411-J (Y harness that splits)
2x JR3Z-14A411-H (Harness to actuator and wire)

don’t forget to enable the active exhaust functions in Forscan

Need help! 2018 Mustang, I ran wiring from the front footwells using taps, installed the y-connector and cables to the actuators. Did updates with forscan. I now have the different Exhaust options "Quiet, Normal, Sport, Track"
however I'm not able to select any of them?

I'm not sure if the taps are making a good connection or not, does anyone know what should be measured at the 4pins at rear of car?

Just came across this thread. A while back I was able to figure out how to get the oem actuators and plugs to work with a simple toggle switch that's powered by the cigarette lighter. You pretty much open up the housing, completely remove the motherboard from the actuator and send direct power to the motor. A reverse polarity toggle switch is what lets it open and close. I have the corsa extreme active system on my 2016 GT, absolutely love it.
