Maybe it's measured in years, maybe in miles. Whatever your reasons Do you have an end date with your current car? Or do you plan to Barn it at some point and never let go
Probably never getting rid of it. I will keep driving it until it dies, then itll be a project car. If I have kept my old 97 GT for 15 years (and it didnt run for most of those), then at least that long I suppose.

Never know when someone will take it away from you though. I had planned on daily driving a mazda 3, with what would be approaching 300k niles by now, but a wreck+pandemic economics crushed that dream! So barring that kind of thing, yeah I'm planning to have my GT until I die!

I bought my 2018 mustang new in 2018. I don't plan on ever selling it. I knew this back when I bought it. After 6 years I have 32k on the clock with an avg of 3 track days per year ( want a few more per year). What I enjoy most about Mustangs is their endless ability to modify and customize. Yep I will be keeping this one

Not to mention you have one of the best one-year-only colors Ford has ever made. And we’ll likely never see that color again

Since last year my mustang sits in the garage most days so not really worried about mileage getting too high. If I ever get the itch enough to sell it and buy another cobra then that would be about the only reason I'd get rid of it.

Probably 10 years at least. There's nothing else on the market that really checks all thr boxes. And prices on everything have gone to the moon. Since I bought my car new there's little reason not to keep it.
Agree with this too .. I've looked around, nothing really gets my attention. Plus I bought my car right before covid brand new in 2020 for 32k. I couldn't have found a better deal on a pp1 with 7 miles on it.

8-10 years...particularly with how they messed up S650 IMHO and how much they ask for them. I would like to get into a mid engine Corvette eventually but that might be C9...gotta get my kids through college before I can look at a change.

I’ve had mine for over 5 years now and it’s still a blast to drive. I could see me never selling it.

I know I'll be keeping mine until I find another purple sports car that could replace it, but that probably ain't happening (or if I immigrate to a different country that isn't next to the US but that is probably slim at best).

Haha yeah if I had that kind of cash I’d already have a down payment on a ZR1 myself. The purple on their site looks pretty awesome though. Might even be better than MP… :bandit:

I'll probably keep mine for another few years. Looking to trade to a C8 but I enjoy my stang so much that it might never happen.

I had my 06GT since new as a DD until auto trans died in 2020. I custom ordered my 21 GT/CS with MT82 and analog gauges in June of 21. At 67 yo this will probably be my last stang. I only have 8000 miles on it and my son is in the middle of his 1968 Shelby clone build so I’ll have best of both worlds. Plan on keeping it for my grandson!
