Sure buddy.

Sure.
I'm genuinely sorry for you that you can't accept some people can do things better and faster than you did.

Not going to get into it with you anymore. I suggest you look at the SAE shop hours manual, see how many hours a dealership would charge for a pad and rotor job. My shop charges me 2.5 hours...

I'm betting you have 0 idea what you're talking about. Have you ever changed the Brembo brakes on a Mustang?

I used to do pads and rotors myself on jack stands all the time.
You keep changing your tune all the time.

And now you’re making random accusations to distract from the fact you’re wrong. Yes I’ve changed the brakes on my brembos. I’ve also designed the braking system for the bmw XM as I’m an automotive engineer. So I’d bet I know more than you.

To those enjoying the popcorn 🍿 on this one, let me know when to stop 😂 sometimes I get carried away with these trolls!

Keep ducking son;

I asked if you did a Mustang Brembo brake job. Which you've insinuated you can do in 2.5 hours on jack stands. So that means have you ever owned a PP1/PP2 car?

We know your current car isn't. Was your 2015?

Nope my brembos are on my 911 GT3. Which are a lot more intensive that the standard 6 pot you get on the pp1/2.

Your 911 GT3 Brembo brakes are a lot more "intensive" than the Brembo brakes on a PP1/PP2 car........neither of which you've owned.

Uh-huh.

So then you have no idea what you're talking about, as far as changing Mustang Brembo rotors and pads.

And you're the guy that claims to do HDPE at Road Atlanta and run TOTD in his non PP Mustang, and then complains about the brakes being glazed. And also wondered if the standard 2023 Mustang GT brakes were "fixed" in comparison to 18-22 cars.

And you also claim to change Brembo brake rotors and pads in 2.5 hours on jack stands......meaning on your Porsche GT3. With them "intensive" Brembo brakes.

Sure buddy. Sure.

You have absolutely no idea how badly you’re embarrassing yourself! I’m going to stop responding because I have work. But yes I do think the $150k cars brakes are more intensive than a pp1 mustang. And yes I complained about the brakes being glazed which is why I have hawk pads and ss lines now. I had a shop do the work as I didn’t have the time to do the install before my next track day.
Cheers bud

Keep digging on something you have absolutely 0 knowledge or experience with.

And don't forget to make a video showing us how you change your GT3's rotors and pads (that say Porsche and not Brembo on them) in 2-2.5 hours on jack-stands in your driveway/garage.

Just a reminder; this is the guy that claims "I’ve also designed the braking system for the bmw XM as I’m an automotive engineer.", but DIDN'T get the PP1 or PP2 package on his car to run HDPEs at Road Atlanta and TOTD.

And this is also the guy that asked if the standard GTs rotors had been "fixed" for 2023, because his brakes glazed and he boiled the fluid, necessitating paying someone else to change his pads and brake lines.....even though he can change rotors and pads in 2-2.5 hours on jack-stands in his driveway/garage.

And those brakes were cooked while.....oddly enough......chasing a GT3 at Tail Of The Dragon.

......I then ended up going on.........the Tail of the dragon 4 times without any traffic, the cherohala skyway, and hwy 28. I absolutely fried my brake fluid trying to keep up with a GT3 and a TTRS.
And lastly.....you're the guy that owns and uses a standard Mustang GT with brakes that cook for HDPE and TOTD, rather than your Porsche GT3 (which is actually an RS model) with it's "intensive" brakes.

Sure buddy. Sure.

Man! When I was a kid, I was the gofer for parts when my dad and his friends changed these on my mom's Tarus. I learned a lot of new words that day. LOL

I don't understand what is so unbelievable about changing pads and rotors in 2.5 hrs on jack stands. That seems reasonable.

Two bolts and the caliper is off. One bolt and two pins and the pads come out. The hardest part for me is always getting that spring clip underneath the second pin, otherwise it's just nuts and bolts. I've done this in the paddock at track days too; there's really not much to it.

I could understand if someone has a bad back or bad knees, that would suck but otherwise it's a pretty easy job.

I don't understand the braille thing either. I just stick my head in the wheel well over the rotor and I can see all the bolts just fine.

Post a video. Show yourself doing exactly that.

Put your car on jack-stands, and stick your head in the wheel well over the rotor and remove your front Brembo caliper. No breaks in the video, just one wheel will suffice.

You've done this in the paddock at track days too; . Should be a breeze. There's really not much to it.
