He was working on the ground, beside the car, not under it. The other massive annoyance was the frequency of needing 3 or 4 hands when only 2 are available. Something as simple as rotors staying put instead of wobbling all over the place while you try to get 2 other parts lined up... If the Ford caliper mount bolts had a small nose on them that would also have greatly simplified matters.
I see, it probably does suck juggling everything when the parts are so massive. I usually use a lug nut to hold the rotor to the hub while i work if there's no factory bolt to do it

Yup that insight only dawned later in the day after much 95dB cursing and vehement shouting.

You should try installing the main landing gear strut on the F-4. Weighs 400 pounds and only three of you can fit into the install area. Two have to hold it steady and off the ground (while it is cutting into their hands) while the third guy lines up the supporting arm into the swivel socket. You want a guy that is quick at doing that, otherwise the cursing can be heard all over the base.

Gave my fathers day gift a tryout. These beasts are so slippery when clean that covering the car alone is always a chore getting things started. I am not sure how many times I chased the cover as it was sliding off. It hit the floor twice. Nice fit though.

What is holding that up? I see no posts anywhere near.
You mean your Stang doesn't just levitate when you need to work on it? Might be defective.

Brembos silly. And alright, I suppose I can see it if you didn't know what you were looking for. Everything is longer the first time
I mostly knew what it was going to be. It's just an awful job, as I already described.

Rotors and pads all the way 'round.

And here's my suggestion to all who may consider doing this; if you have a 2 post lift where you can get the car up to eye-height, professional-style, go right ahead. It's pretty straight forward work.

If you do NOT have a 2-post lift; do not try this at home on jack stands or Quick Jacks . It will kill you. It's an awful job to do, as you're doing it by braille. Just terrible. Write the check and let the dealership do it.

And a huge shout out to Shogun who helped me get it all done at his facility, and endured my cursing through the whole thing. It was a very kind and generous gesture.

Anyways....despite all the pain, there is a tremendous amount of satisfaction to drive with new brakes that feel awesome, that you installed yourself.

Even if it damn near killed you.😂
Walk in the park on jackstands, did pads & rotors

I used to do pads and rotors myself on jack stands all the time. Brembo is about the easiest to change as they come. It may have been difficult for you but it is not a difficult job. This is just a bit of an overreaction. But congrats on the new brakes, I know the feeling.
