the blend date on my window sticker is 6/1/22

Its amazing that we ordered the same day, almost exact builds, minus colors, and mine is pushed to the week of July 18. It really proves that its no rhyme or reason on how the cars are scheduled.

That looks like the rear diffuser, if so it can just be replaced as it looks like they reverted into something
I would take the car it’s a easy fiix

Take it and have diffusor replaced. Even so, it's pretty small and inconspicuous and you'll have similar scratches (for example on splitter) just from normal driving.

called the guy, said they did order a rear diffuser to replace it, hes not sure on the time line though, that makes selling my car off difficult because i dont know how long it will take. Got quoted at carvanna but the quote is only good for 7 days

If you like the car, and both deals of selling yours and buying that one, get it. Make sure you have it in writing from the dealer that they will replace the diffusor and any touch-up work needed , as a part of the sale. All with no additional cost from you. Good luck
