let me google that for you. Also from context you should be able to infer what he implied

Front Anti-Roll Bar

See, it's easy if you just close your eyes and think about it for more than 3 seconds. Other answers acceptable to SAT grading algorithms include:

F*cking American Retarded Bloody (adjective string prepending a noun, used in Paris France and England mostly)
Fat Ass Royal Bastard
Fake Assist Regenerative Braking

For the 2018 I used stock GT350R sway bars, they were less expensive than the aftermarkets and similar sizes (34mm front and 24mm rear).

Front kit $208 at Levittown:

https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/gt350rswaybarkit.html

FR3Z-5482-J - Front Sway Bar
FR3Z-5484-C - Bushings (2)
FR3Z-5486-A - Clamps (2)

FR3Z-5A772-E - Rear G350R Sway Bar, $111 frtom Tasca

https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-stabilizer-bar-fr3z5a772e

F2GZ-5493-C -Bushings (2), $16/ea from Tasca

https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-stabilizer-bar-bushing-f2gz5493c

Don't know why the rear parts aren't showing up on Levittown's website but if you message them they'll give you pricing. Or just order straight from a local Ford dealer so you can pick them up and avoid shipping, although you may be able to get free shipping from Levittown if you ask.

The Ford Racing bars are even larger at 37mm front and 25.2mm rear. This is the sway used with the Ford Racing Track kit. This is what I have on my car with the whole kit. Love this suspension.

What's crazy? Don't make a judgement until you've tried it. I think the front rate is completely reasonable on paper. It might be too much or it might be not enough, but I certainly don't see it as 'crazy'. The rear bar is on the stiffer side, for sure, but I'm running a 20mm RARB off a V6 car, so I'm not too fond of much rear ARB in any situation.
The front from ebay, softest setting is stiffer than the stiffest of steeda/bmr/gt350R bars. Like I said just looking at numbers, depending on what OP's purpose is for the car that might be too much bar.

From ebay:
575 lbs/in
640 lbs/in

This are the rates for the Steeda front bar. I have mine on Position 3 with the OEM PP1 suspension and rear bar. Worked like a charm.

So position 3 steeda is 575. Position 1 on ebay bar is 580. But ebay (hotchkis) is bad?

'bad' is a matter of opinion. it's a LOT of bar. With hotchkis you can't go lower. Most people who run the Steeda run it at the lowest setting unless they also have the Steeda rear to help compensate for the stiffness up front.

I have the PP1 rear bar and run it on 2 and I tested all 3 positions on track and the one without any under/oversteer with OEM PP1 suspension was actually position 2. On 1 was too soft and on 3 was way to stiff. Will let you know if I change my bar with the new suspension.

Those bars are also for 2015 to 2022 Mustang GTs as well as GT350/350r. It's the same bars that are used in the Ford racing track kit

Hotchkis stuff just flat out works. The price point can’t be beat.
BMR had a 38mm bar at one point early in the S550 parts game.
